Was just viewing the house on orchard street in Burbank where I experienced a very condensing agent who seemed to be too busy to talk to anyone but one couple. After spending 20 minutes with them and noting their info she referred me to ask my own agent to view the property details on mls and did not want to give any details and seemed done. Sandra Cusick is absolutely amazing! Through the recommendation of a friend before Sandra sadly I choose an outside agent first and it was a disaster! The outside agent claimed to know all about Burbank and would help sell my house quickly BUT this was far from true! Everything that you could imagine could go wrong did go wrong with the first out of area agent. Originally listing and waiting months with no help and no advice, the house just sat on the market. After 4 months I begged the original agency and they finally allowed me to co-list my house. I immediately added Sandra Cusick to help list the house as a local agent. Sandra was our agent for buying our Burbank house and also selling it. When we bought the property she guided us vs about 5 other potential buyers.
