From the doctors for his yearly visits to the awesome nurses and front desk staff. LOVE the nurse practictioners that he sees most of the time (Cynthia and Jill are our faves) since they are there for after hours and weekends. The on call docs are prompt and extremely caring and helpful. When I was a new mom everyone was kind and caring and never thought my (over) concern was a pain. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is there have been a few instances that I would have liked our care to be slightly better, but overall, I am MORE than pleased with this office!

I have to back up to August 3rd of 2024 only because she referred to that saga and why she gave me the answer to my request ... to follow. You have to know the background of this occurrence. On August 3rd of 2024 I wasn't feeling so good. Nauseated. I remember sitting down to change my shoes ... and my body shut down. I had passed out and woke to paramedic's nose inhaler. I was on the floor with my hand/wrist bent under my body. There were lots of paramedics and people surrounding me. I really didn't know what happened. I had no clue. I was carted off to the hospital. I had a broken wrist from passing out and skidding across concrete. The hospital personnel did something to my wrist and put in a cast. I ended up being admitted to the hospital. Put through a never-ending amount of tests. All of my organs are ok except my arteries. I have blockages. I went into surgery by an Amazing Cardiologist. He saved my life. He found that I had very little amount of blood passing between stomach and intestines. Stents. ( It certainly gave me enlightenment to my all year being so deathly sick. In and out of hospital. I passed out due to nearly no blood passing through stomach to intestines. I was dying. ) Back to Natalia. I had asked her for diazepam prescription because I'm suffering with a bad flare-up of Meniere's disease. Major vertigo. Natalia hurriedly said NO because I had fallen and broke my wrist. WHAT !!! I tried to tell her what happened and she said that she would lose her license. WHAT !!! She opened the door to the hallway and hurried out the door. She was NOT listening to this patient. I was fuming because I've had vertigo for several days and I don't feel well. So I came to the doctor. The diazepam controls the vertigo. I've been taking that medicine over 20 years. I use that medicine when I need it. It is NOT candy. It's a serious medicine but it HELPS ME. After all, look at my chart. Do you not see that I've not had any diazepam in over a year ??? I'M APPALLED TO SAY THE LEAST. Natalia is DENYING me medicine that helps me. So now I have both vertigo and anxiety. This made me very sick. I am NOT a happy person.

I left because they always asked me to do research on how to get the answers that the doctor should have been. They heavily prescribe unnecessary prescriptions. Worst of all before I left I had new insurance and I wrote it down on the sign-in form. They of course built my old insurance and they reached out to me. I called billing and told them my new insurance company. Then again my old insurance reached out, and I again called to let them know my new insurance information. I receive a statement from my new insurance this year and it says that they finally got around to billing the correct insurance but they submitted it too late and do not pay the bill. Then a month goes by and now I am receiving collections notices for the amount that they could not get from the insurance company because of their lack of organization and submitting the bill late. I spoke again to billing and said you have two weeks to remove the collections from my account. I never received any bill and my insurance said I do not have to pay because it was your mess up not mine. I also let them know all the calls I made are recorded so I have confirmation that it was not me but them being unorganized and not submitting their bill in a timely matter. I called back two weeks later and said I am just calling back to confirm that you have removed me from collections. Now he says all of a sudden we sent you invoices. I said yes invoices that I told you all to bill to my insurance months ago. I explained that I feel that they are trying to scam me and I think anyone that uses this doctor's office needed to be weary. They are not here for their patients and they try to bleed money out of you that they did not do what they needed to do on their end. I am waiting for a call back from a manager, if not I will have to take legal action because this is not my bill to pay. Please use any other Doctors office than theirs unless you like to do all the work and be billed frivolously.

That just shows that they really are not doctors if they refuse to care the sick children. o not recommend. After doctor shields left this place has become awful. Apts take 1-2hours. My son…read morehad an ear infection and I was given an antibiotic my son continued to spit up and throw up, until he spiked a fever. I called multiple times 4days in a row being told I didn't need an apt and the doctor could send over a new antibiotic. Each time being hung up on or told they'll send a script in an hour or so. On the fourth day I demanded I speak to a nurse and had to argue with her to get the doctor to get my son the antibiotic he needed as I was then being told he now needed an apt. A week later my son woke up with a swollen face, I thought it could possibly be a tooth infection. The PA said it wasn't and to just keep an eye on it and come back. I decided to take him to his dentist who confirmed the tooth infection. I then AGAIN had to go back to the doctor to get an antibiotic shot because he was already on antibiotics at the time, and the call center told me there was no antibiotic shot and my dentist can give me an antibiotic script, so once again I had to argue my way to get my son the medical treatment he needed. The dentist needs a consent physical form filled out by the doctor to approve the dental surgery and the doctor refused to fill out the form without a doctors apt. So my son has been to the doctor FOUR times this month and I have to leave work take him out of school again so the doctor can make her $$$ with the apt, the PA offered to filled it out... yes.. without the apt. But when they asked the doctor she refused and said we need an apt!!! I would NOT recommend this office or any first choice office, the one in Sanford is equally as terrible. We are hoping our insurance will find us a new pediatrician because this place is terrible. UPDATE. I went into the office at 8am the other day to get a surgery clearance form completed for my sons emergency dental surgery and the PA offered to sign, but the paperwork clearly states a Doctor MD has to sign and the doctor was there and REFUSED to sign and told me to schedule an appointment, I did. Waited for my apt and the office calls 10mins prior to the appointment to CANCEL his apt because my son has been Dropped as a patient due to my refusal of care by the doctor. I had to contact the supervisor to make this doctor do her job so my son 19months old could have his emergency dental surgery because of the incident listed above over the FOUR days of phone calls trying to get my son an antibiotic or an apt for his ear infection. The supervisor made the doctor keep the apt and sign the paperwork. Absolutely negligent of a child and shouldn't be practicing medicine, the doctor he told my 19 month old not to kick her as he sat on my lap and she listened to his heart beat, he was wiggling not even kicking. I threatened to contact the news and get a lawyer and that was how I got the doctors boss to make this doctor sign a clearance piece of paper. Do not recommend. This doctor does not care about your children only $$ and if you question her treatment or ask for another option she'll drop you as a patient. She could have told us that morning that she was refusing to treat my son we could have went to a different doctor, but she had us get an apt and tell us at 3pm she wasn't going to sign the paperwork for our 19month old to have emergency dental surgery, it's completely negligent.

Apart from that…read morethey are apart of pediatric association and getting in contact with anyone from the office is IMPOSSIBLE. They use call centers and when I call I expect to speak with someone in office not someone from a call centers. We PAID for our sons 2 year physical and then switched offices because we could never get in contact with anyone. Now they refuse to give us our child's physical form (who is still 2) because we won't bring him back for a 30 month check up with them... our new pediatrician does not do 30 month check ups so we can only get the physical form from them for school which they are refusing to do until we take him back. Our new pediatrician even stated that it's ridiculous and they aren't allowed to do that. I advise everyone to stay clear of this place and all associated with pediatric association. If you want a good peds that cares and you can ACTUALLY contact I HIGHLY recommend stages Pediatrics in Orange city.
