We had two other realtors in mind before calling Judy Stone in September 2023 about a home search…read morein the Asheville area. We had been highly impressed when we visited with these other agents previously. But their circumstances had changed. One had given up his buyers only agency, joined a large realtor group, and had stopped representing buyers exclusively. The other had switched agencies and roles as well. By chance during this time, we came across the name and background of Judy Stone. A couple of phone calls later, we realized she was the realtor for us. In retrospect, how blessed we were to have found her and made that choice. Unable to leave the SF Bay Area because of my wife's medical status, we never actually met Judy in person nor could we ever visit the homes she proceeded to identify for us.
