A perk test had never been done on the land, and when it was tested, it did not perk!!  At this point, Steve did not give up, but took on, what turned out to be a very lengthy, complicated process, fraught with frequent delays, to solve the problem!  I appreciated this commitment all the more, as Steve and I had never even met in person. Since I live in another state, Steve was the "boots on the ground", when it came to facilitating the cooperation of many different folks, from soil scientist, to surveyor, to Property Owners Association, to the lawyers, who drew up the easement. Solving the septic problem and bringing the sale to successful a close was a process that took 7 months, but he stuck with it! Steve was always readily available by phone whenever I had a question. John Patson and Barclay Garnett are a dynamic duo to get my house sold. I put my house on the market at the exact wrong time when the interest rates inflated.
