The problems (severe anxiety, PTSD, and general stress) I came to Mary with have receded, my coping tools have strengthened, and my communication with my spouse, friends, and even strangers is the best it's ever been. And (full disclosure), the hour I spend with Mary and her horse, Atlas, each week doesn't FEEL like therapy. It's calming, active, and genuinely fun!
