Life changing treatment and people!! Long story I will keep it as short as possible. I have been around the Des Moines metro for my back pain. I have been to multiple physical therapist for new ideas. To Mercy pain clinic to have injections that didn't work on me. Also to DMOS (Des Moines Ortho Surgery) they told me they will fuse my spine when I crawl in on my hand and knees (6-12 month recovery). I even contacted the Laser Spine Institution to have surgery (my cost would have been $17.000). All the things that I have done and professionals I have seen not a single person said maybe it is something with your diet. "Maybe it is something in your diet" This comment was from Justin Sands he had been seeing me for about 4 weeks and I was better just not cured. Jennifer explained a meal plan that I could follow and understand why I was eating it. Also what I should stay away from. So no matter who I was being treated with I was never getting back to normal. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Molly the massage therapist is amazing. I tell her the issues I'm having with my body and she knows how to fix it with massage.
