After thoroughly inspecting my computer, he informed me that my motherboard was probably bad, and that it would be cheaper to buy a new computer than to replace the motherboard. I called several of my computer geek friends from MIT to give me their opinions and even ask another local company if they thought I needed a new motherboard and both sources approved of Lenny's assessment. I was a little nervous because Lenny is a traveling computer analyst so he comes to you (no big fancy building that you go to), I was traveling, I didn't know the area well, I was under pressure to finish the document, and I didn't have a car at the time so my options for computer support were seriously limited. Not only did Lenny give a suggestion of where to buy a new computer, but he also drove me to the location and helped me pick out a new one. He then successfully transferred all the data and programs from my old computer to my new one. I am extremely please. Lenny is a kind, patient, and honest man. He completed the job on time, in an honest manner, and charged me a price that I could afford as a student in a time of great need.
