From the very beginning, I received excellent service. Juan, who works at the front desk, was always patient and professional. He explained every step of the process, listened to my questions, and kept me informed about the work being performed. I never felt that they were simply trying to sell me a product or rush through an installation. I always received clear answers and respectful treatment. Hernán, the installer, did an excellent job. The installation was clean, organized, and professional, with great attention to detail and respect for my vehicle. Throughout the process, they performed multiple tests, adjustments, and calibrations until the sensors and the entire system were working correctly. They took the necessary time to improve details of the installation and personally verify every function. I also want to give special recognition to Santiago, the owner of the company. During the installation process, a technical compatibility issue appeared with an anti-theft feature that was originally expected to work with my vehicle. Instead of making excuses, ignoring the problem, or telling me that nothing else could be done, Santiago took responsibility. What impressed me the most was that he did not tell me, "I am going to order the part." When we spoke, he told me, "I already ordered the part." He had taken the initiative to find a solution before even discussing additional costs with me. They ultimately installed the specific hardware required, performed new programming, and got the system working correctly. That kind of attitude says a great deal about the honesty and values of a company. I had to return three times throughout this process. However, I never left with excuses, indifference, or unresolved concerns. Every single time, I left with answers, solutions, and excellent customer service. To me, a great company is not one where technical problems never happen. A great company is one that responds when a problem appears, investigates it, finds a solution, and stands behind the customer until the issue is resolved. That is exactly what Juan, Hernán, Santiago, and the entire High Grade Sound Pro team did. Today, my Durango has a security system that has been carefully tested, adjusted, and configured, and I have the peace of mind of knowing that there is a team behind the installation that truly stands behind its work. Third Coast Customs sold me fake Kavaca film and damaged my brand new Model X Plaid. As a result,…read morethey are no longer an authorized Ceramic Pro dealer. They had my car for a week, and I picked it up on a Friday afternoon and immediately noticed issues that they assured me they'd fix when I brought my car back next Wednesday. The next day I woke up to almost every panel of the PPF peeling at the edges, and after closer inspection we noticed that many parts were over trimmed and manually cut, Dust and wax underneath the film, stretch marks, missing panels, you name it - they did it wrong - my $100k+ car was ruined. The result was poor communication and rude comments - the owner told me he sold me "paint protection film" not "paint perfection film". Imagine buying a brand new TV only to have it fall apart when you bring it home and the sales guy telling you - "I sold you a television not a perfectvision". Even then I gave the dealer an opportunity, and right before I was due to take my car to them, they were rude and condescending again, to the point where they threatened me and invited me over to their place of business to fight - like if this was middle school. Ultimately I called Ceramic Pro Kavaca to file a complaint and a warranty claim and I was told that the dealer has never purchased Matte Film from Kavaca or their distributors and they never registered the warranty and that they could all but guarantee that the film that was installed on my car was not Kavaca film, and was likely second rate Chinese film. I was instructed to file a dispute with my credit card company or take the dealer to small claims court. As a result of this issue, Ceramic Pro has fired Third Coast Customs as a dealer. I took my vehicle to 2 other professional and qualified PPF dealers, and all of them agree, it was a horrible and sloppy installation, and it was definitely NOT Kavaca film. They found over buffed areas of paint, scratches and damage to the clear coat and in some areas, damage to the paint and body panels from misuse of cutting knives. Third Coast Customs is engaging in fraudulent and criminal business practices, they are stealing from their clients, and are selling services they are not qualified to perform. IF you have gotten any PPF installed from them, I strongly recommend you reach out to the manufacturer of the PPF and do a warranty verification. They claim to be authorized dealers of XPel, STEK, and Ceramic Pro - if they lied to me they likely lied to you too.
