Unfortunately, I am leaving this review because of how Jason reacted to this not being the right fit. Firstly, Jason seemed completely disengaged throughout our sessions. It felt like he was just going through the motions, offering generic advice that could have been found in any self-help book. There was a distinct lack of personalization or effort to understand the unique dynamics of our relationship. However, things really went downhill after my partner and I brought our frustrations to Jason. He was unprofessional saying things like "I just want this to be done" and "take it or leave it" when we asked for a refund. He also led many emails saying "I know I said not to do this, but I'm going to anyway" and was overall more interested in defending himself than making sure we got the counseling we needed. Overall, our experience with Jason was a waste of time and money. He did not provide the guidance or expertise we expected from a professional couples therapist. Instead of helping us work through our issues, he added to our stress financially and personally.
