Over the course of a year, I have had countless appointments rescheduled, forgotten or cancelled all together, with or without my knowledge. It can take weeks to be seen again, and it's not guaranteed that the appointment will even happen. It is an ordinary and consistent narrative to be given the run around, via numerous excuses, to justify why these events are so repetitive, but nothing ever changes. Based on the consistency of these events I now understand how unprofessional this "company" truly is. They have no semblance of accountability and will waste your time, and God forbid you are in need of a referral letter. I was "on the schedule" to meet with the doctor who would be providing me surgical letters for literal MONTHS and have yet to receive a proper phone call from her, nor can I confirm that she even exists. The way they handle buisness is INCREDIBLY shady. This group will waste your time and keep you guessing, please DO NOT do buisness with these people. They are by far the MOST unprofessional practice I have yet to meet thus far in mental healthcare, period

The operator Ms Taylor is very consistent. She would accurately transfer u to the appropriate staff/section. Acute Clinician Ms Wilkins was also very helpful. Although, she does attend to many patients .. she still found time to call us back. All of these Poplar staff members are outstanding .. they need to be promoted.. for I think they posses the values this hospital lacks and should be striving for.

Ghosted for my 30min consultation appointment. I received 2 email confirmations for my consultation…read moreyet, when it was time for my appointment I did not receive a call (or any communication). I finally called the number provided in the email and left a voicemail. Someone reached back out via text asking how they could help (?!). I sent them screenshots of my appointment and asked if they had a record...still have not heard back from them. How disappointing (and frustrating) that a company who's purpose is to help people, doesn't even respond to them or acknowledge their appointment.

This is someone that should not be a Life Coach. He talks an excellent talk and I felt from all the reviews I saw were positive, albeit older. There wasn't any negative comments so I went for it. I wanted some one besides me to work with my son who was struggling with college, stress and life in general. I had to reach out many times when my son did not hear back or he forgot or whatever and it just got to be stressful on us. It was very unprofessional and disappointing all around.
