Come to the North American Bigfoot Center, where cryptids are anything but boring...even though it's in Boring. This is probably the best place for unbelievers and pop culture vultures to be convinced of Bigfoot's existence while gaining Yeti-sized slack (subgenius-approved). This has everything you would expect: scale-sized bigfoots, footprint molds, handprints, and even a world-famous bigfoot buttocks cast. See and smell the splendor of the squatch (spoiler: he stinks). The life-sized squatch is Instagram crack, so all your friends can participate in the mystery. Enjoy the interactive evidence, and dive into the historical artifacts, tribal maps, videos, and photos. Also, stop by the sensational squatch shop for t-shirts and other ephemera for your Bigfoot-believing needs.

THEN there's the store. My birthday and Christmas list may be filled for the next ten years wow ! Got tshirts, mug, bumper stickers but so much non traditional things to see. Beverages, windsocks, artwork, mini statues, snow globes, magnets, lamps and I can't list it all but wow it's very well organized and stocked. There was a few areas with books and even a clearance center. I had so much fun just a forty minute drive or so from home but hey I love this subject matter so if you're curious about Bigfoot/Sasquatch you gotta check this out. There's historical things all over and modern research also. The staff was super helpful the prices were competitive. I got a long sleeve tshirt on sale for $15. Regular tshirts were $25 I believe. They are cotton and well made.

We got to experience so many different parts of the farm. From washing laundry to sawing wood, to building a Lincoln log house!! I tried taking lots of photos for Yelp!! The whole experience was pretty cool. I was also SO thankful I had taken allergy medicine as the Cottonwood was TEARING through there. We had just about perfect weather Tobe outside and experience this. I will say that the Blacksmith was a bit of a verbal biter to the kids though. My son (who is a total stick,) was asked by him to pull on something and he couldn't. The Blacksmith said "do you know why you can't? Because you're a wimpy kid. And NONE of you can because you're ALL wimpy kids." One of the kids said "you're mean!!!" And he said "Yes I am. And I LIKE IT!!" That shocked both myself and the teacher that was there. It was almost hard to believe it had happened. But it did. Maybe polish on the skills when talking to 10 year olds sir. Other than that a cool experience.

Spider-Man was an absolute blast! Despite the expanded suit and the toasty weather on Sunday, he gave his all and truly impressed everyone. Multiple parents even said he was the best Spider-Man they've ever seen. Huge shout out to him for the energy and dedication he brought! I also want to apologize because I forgot the name of the lovely young lady who came to do the face painting, but she was amazing! She commanded the children's attention with ease, and her designs were not only adorable but also unique. The kids loved her, and the parents couldn't stop talking about how talented she was. Thank you again for making my boy's wish come true. I'm definitely booking Spider-Man for his birthday! The prices are the prices and honestly, I'd pay more if I could because the experience was priceless. Forever grateful!

Sleeping beauty was very sweet and Jasmine was super fun. They also had a party director with them who facilitated the whole thing. She was absolutely fantastic. She knew exactly what she was doing and kept the party running smoothly, transitioning from one activity to another with the kids. I booked everything through Jason and he was so helpful and reliable. I didn't know what I was getting into as I've never booked anything like this before. I figured I'd give it a try and see what happened. And I really couldn't be happier with how the day turned out. My daughter and her friends had such a wonderful time.
