Jessica did however incriminate herself on her own page by showing 2 totally different receipts for hair she purchased the 2x she did my hair. We agreed to do just one color the second visit but NEVER did I say use another hair type. Her own screenshots of her 'receipts' show different Bellami products. Micro Keratin tips and Keratin Tips are different and make a difference on thin hair like mine. Again, I'm not even sure she used this hair on me. I don't believe her at all. In another example of her lies: she had someone named 'Laura' post a photo of ME...(after the 1st appt) and write a fake review about how happy she is with her extensions to make herself look better. Well she should know better-im a PI and attention to detail is my thing. JUST LOOK AT THE ROBES AND HAIR IN ALL THREE PHOTOS: before, during, and after...it's the same print and color!! The first 2 pictures she claims are me then suddenly at the end I'm 'Laura' posting a review of happy I am? Good Lord. This only further proves she didn't do the same thing both times which is what insisted. The first time was good. The pictures she posted are of those results. The 2nd and last experience was garbage. She gained my trust then cheated me of $2000 dollars. Thanks for the screenshots Jessica. That's the proof I needed. How unprofessional. Honestly. Wow.

My hair is curly but in an erratic way and requires a lot of coaxing to cooperate. I'm mixed and have had a hard time in the past finding stylists that knew how to cut my hair without leading to a total disaster (I once walked out a salon with my hair one inch shorter than the other side, and no I wasn't going for an asymmetrical look). I had finally found someone I loved a few years ago, and then of course I had to move away. I LOVE my hair shorter and took years to find the perfect cut to frame my face. I have had a lot of stylists that were hesitant to cut my hair as short as I was asking for or missed the mark as far as the shape of the cut was concerned. Nicole really listened. She looked at every picture, confirmed what I wanted, and even went back and cut more at my request. She was great from start to finish, had reasonable prices, and I will definitely go back to her in the future when I need a trim. Her styling was great, and she cut my side bangs perfectly, which is rare (I don't think even my last greatly loved stylist was able to do it in a way that it curls towards the back of my hair and blends in the way I like it to). The styling was included with the cut, which was really nice. I will have to see how the cut looks with my natural hair the next time I wash it, but I have no reason to doubt that it'll be just fine.

One disappointing moment: When I asked if they had a yelp checking in reward, the cashier said no, but surprisingly, when I checked in they had 20% off your service.
