She was very thorough and very professional. Gave me all the prices and information about the cruise. I appreciated Linda, who took the time and effort to get me what I wanted. We held the space and the next day I deposited on the cruise. She told me that if I had any other questions to call her. Leaving that office I felt satisfied that I got the best deal. I will certainly refer her to my friends and family.

The specialize in All Inclusive resorts in the Caribbean and Mexico, and Hawaii. I thought all the all inclusive resorts offered the same thing. your meals , drinks and entertainment. I found out there is a big difference across the board on what the resorts offer!! We settled on The Palace resorts in Meixco, The Adventura Spa !! It had FREE sightseeeing included in the package, a great spa package and I wanted a Jacuzzi in my room! My wife liked the cover style beach as she does not like the waves in the ocean!! They really know the resorts there and helped us pick a perfect resort!! The price was great too!! They checked all the datres and found a sale for us!!

Within seconds you will see all warnings to not visit Costa Rica in October because it will torrential downpour DAILY. We were so confused as to why our travel agent wouldn't tell us "hey, its probably going to rain every single day on your romantic trip" so we decided to cancel. We bought insurance so we assumed it would be no issue. Before we even had the chance to call and cancel we received an email form Pat saying OUR RESROT WAS CLOSING DOWN. So she told us she moved us to another hotel (that we couldn't even approve). When we called to simply cancel our trip (again-INSURACE), we were told we would not get our money back (the downpayment for the trip). We were told the ONLY way to get our money back is if we rebook with her company. Right. Because we are going to rebook our honeymoon with a company that was going to send to a romanic week of drowning in Costa Rica. I guess now I'm just slightly confused at what a travel agent does that a quick google search+travel sites cant do?

I was finally achieving a bucket list item of hitting the Greek Isles. So I was a bit concerned about using a travel agent 1. that I had never met and likely would not meet in person and 2. was a bit skeptical about trying to just coordinate everything via phone and email. But Linda Pawelski at Scorby just completely EXCEEDED all of my expectations. My son and I just returned from our two weeks in Instanbul and Greece and it was THE BEST VACATION of my lifetime. Linda provided so much advanced - truly detailed - pages and books of insights - all written by her! - that was above and beyond what any other travel agent had ever done for me. I showed some co-workers the "reading" that I was doing that Linda prepared for us, and they too were just astonished and said "I want a travel agent like that". The entire trip - changes and all - went off like clockwork.
