I highly recommend this school if your career focus is hospitality, restaurants, and/or events. There's a major for each with a specialized path plus plenty of opportunities for internship and work being located in the tourism heart of Orlando. The campus is beautiful and small so it's hard to get lost. It's designed to look like a resort-ish hotel so you feel like you're learning where you'll be working in the future. I prefer it 10x more than UCF's main campus. The classes are taught by (mostly) great professors that are knowledgable in the industry and have usually worked in the industry themselves. I've thoroughly enjoyed my time at this school and it gets more exciting as I go because I'm getting into my hand selected hospitality electives. The only complaint I have is that a lot of the core hospitality classes can get somewhat repetitive, but I guess that really drills information into your head.

The facility is pretty good, and has really nice guidance counselors. The overall design of the whole campus is pretty good, with all the buildings not too close to each other, or too far. The teachers are overall good teachers, and the school houses a lot of different electives to choose from (PE, Art, Technology, etc.) You are given assigned seats at lunch, which seems kind of stupid, but then again there would probably be many problems with bullying, so you know. The lunch is alright for how school lunches go, and has many different lunch lines to keep everything moving. I don't have any problem with any of the bus drivers or the bus system, as they're nice. Front parking could be a little better (since it's on a hill), but it isn't bad. Quite a few fights between students though, but as long as you don't intervene with anything with any other kid you should be fine. Overall, school isn't bad. Could be better, but definitely isn't a bad school at all. Oh, and... Go Spartans!

After visiting several schools back then, I remember telling my wife, "It looks like kids are brighter when they walk out of this school--like they really learned something." That impression has truly held up. The school here is brand new, very clean, organized, and our son absolutely loves it. The teachers are caring and attentive, and we feel confident that our child is in a nurturing environment that encourages both learning and creativity.

For a religious school, I don't see how this is a thing for admissions. Also, campus is very very small for the tuition rate they desire. The playground is right off the street without any safety walls to prevent cars from crashing into it.

I don't know how or why the idea of flair bartending popped into my head - was just trying to think of something unique for something entertaining/make our activity stand out. After doing some research, I found Elite Bartending School. Kevin was very responsive, very patient - answered ALL of my questions and then even more. It was never - I'm busy, this is what I can do - take it or leave it. And from the moment I decided to sign with Kevin/Elite Bartending School, it was so effortless the entire time. Kevin took care of ALL the details - every.last.one -- there wasn't one thing out of place. He ensured that what he planned addressed all of my worries - make sure what's planned is accepted by hotel rules, make sure it's professional but fun for the crowd...EVERY.SINGLE.DETAIL - down to glassware and so so much more. Kevin brought along one of the students from Elite to the cocktail hour to assist - Ian and he also was amazing, paid attention to every detail and was responsive to my questions (even on site) and was attentive to make sure that Kevin was able to do his thing without any hiccups. There were ZERO issues - it was flawless and the crowd happily stood in the line to watch Kevin and get one of his amazing cocktails (vs. we had to have a hotel bartender on the side being able to offer other drinks)...there was a constant, happy long line to meet and engage with Kevin.
