When they did the template, I sat there for three hours while they did it not one person asked me anything to come to find out. They couldn't speak English, and they couldn't understand any English. When they put the granite on the backsplash, it doesn't match any of the veining and the customer service is NILL. A gentleman came out to look at what was wrong said he would be in touch and I never heard from him again I reached out to him through text with no answer. Now I'm stuck hiring another granite company to repair their mistakes. Do not use this granite company. You will not be happy with their workmanship.

We got several quotes at different reasonable ranges but only Nelson (the owner) truly impressed us. We arrived after the store was closed (due to Google having incorrect closing times) but Nelson opened back up and stayed for over an hour consulting with us. Never once did he rush us or imply that he had other things to do. And this was before we even agreed to be his clients! No one else showed that level of professionalism. You can guess how the rest went so I will spare you the details. We gave Nelson's team a very short deadline yet they met it and the work is SPECTACULAR! we couldn't be happier. Now, that's not to say there weren't hiccups. However, Nelson immediately took the proper steps needed to resolve any issues that arose. Even more so, he was always polite, caring and honest. Those qualities are far more important to me than the bottom price (which was among the lowest we were quoted as well). I will DEFINITELY be hiring Nelson and his team for future projects. I waited a long time to leave a review. But after looking at the countertops for 10 months, I just…read morecan't say they did a good job for all the $$$ spent. I had the counters in my kitchen and guest bath replaced with quartz countertops. The first time they arrived to remove and install the new tops they took out the counters and went they brought the new ones in the edges were the wrong cut. They had a straight edge and small bevel was listed on the quote. So, they had to leave and we had no countertops until they were recut. Not a great start but if the installed counters were perfect, I would not have cared. When they installed the counters the bath and half of the kitchen did not need any seams and they look perfect. The problem is they "had" to put in 2 seams to the largest run of counter. Advised this was due to the size of the elevator in the building. Never offered to hire a lift either. What we ended up with is 2 seams that are clearly visible on the most used sections of the counter that I see all the time. The seams are not perfectly level and the sealant they used is slightly darker that the very light color of the counters.

I trusted this company, referred by a close friend, but it became a nightmare. Dustin Chandler gave…read moreme an estimate and said at most five leveling bags might be needed, and that I'd likely get a refund since most people don't need leveling. Once the floor was torn out, they demanded 35 bags, and my cost jumped by over 50%. At that point, I felt like I was being held hostage. They told me if I didn't pay, they would leave me with an unfinished floor. I was completely stuck. Even if they had asked for 10k more, I would have had to pay. The drilling was extreme. Recessed lights came loose and fell out. Some vents fell out, and others were left hanging, turning the first floor into a mess. I had no warning this kind of damage could happen. When I couldn't get help from the staff, I contacted the owner, Celeste Carr, expecting some resolution. The worst part of this entire experience was speaking to the owner, who told me I was being offered only cents on the dollar as a courtesy, which I declined given what I had already paid. Instead of helping, she justified everything and told me I should have read the fine print. I felt betrayed. My advice: read every line carefully. This company leaves you without options once you're in. I fully expect the owner will respond with a fabricated story, but I stand by my experience.

I'm very indecisive but they have helped me pick and choose based on my feedback. Also, they can order anything you want or need! I found a beautiful selection on Pinterest and they ordered for me at no additional fee. Their showroom is great. They have tons of products and options displayed so you can get a better idea. Their pricing is comparable if not better than their competitors. They offer installation at a very reasonable price. Before install, they come out to quote but what's even better is they put together a project plan outlining the project area, colors, products, "trouble spots" etc so everyone's on the same page. We have NOT yet had our options installed but for shopping they've been great. I'll be back for install update!
