They truly look amazing and have made a major difference in the appearance of my office and living room. We decided to just do a few windows at a time because of the cost. We recently had a second install for a large three panel window in our kitchen and there was an issue during the install when the measurement was slightly off. Something that rarely if ever happens. They expedited new shutters in a third of the time and offered a reduced price because of the inconvenience. The fact that they responded so quickly reflects how seriously they consider customer support. It meant a lot. Lastly, the install team is very professional, clean, and fast. I tend to slow things down because I always talk to the guys and ask questions. Looking forward to having them back to finish three more bedroom windows. Highly recommend.
