How they hit you with late fees when the merchant fee hasn't even hit your account two hours later…read moreyour deposit is riddled with absurd amounts of fees and that's after we've been banking with them through our small business for 9 years and Lisa who helped us open our store has seen and known that they are usually done after lunch and just to give you a idea of how much we have been charged over 4,000 dollars this year and we asked if they could help in anyway and we were told simply I can't believe that my bosses would not do anything for you and to shed some light on what Lisa's position is just a low tier position of Point Banks North Texas Regional Manager so I am not impressed at all by their claims of being a Bank that supports Small Business bc if you can't see that it's a reoccurring issue every week after we have been depositing our money at least 3 times a week in person and try to do anything to help that's why I believe they are a sham, fake as Monopoly money. Don't do business with First Convenience Bank. I have been a customer for a number of years and…read morewatched the quality of service, as well as their customer service decline to an unacceptable level. For your convenience, First Personal Bank is now blocking transactions to local merchants. That right, try ordering something from Jersey Mike's, Chipotle, or Wendy's and suddenly you are waiting on hold for 30 minutes waiting to verify transactions, some of them over a month old. I will be looking into closing my account on Monday. Not because of this incident, but because of a string of incidents. You shouldn't have to hold for a half hour just to order lunch for your family.
