If there was a zero star option I would pick that one! Update: It is Monday, May 8th. I Got here at 7:40 to do some blood work and pick up a prescription. Blood work went sort of quickly but I had to wait on my prescription because they could not located it. However, my doctor called me on Friday and told me it was ready to pick up. Unfortunately, they got a new nurse practitioner and she's awful. I know of 2 other family members who were patients under Dan who won't be back either. Kara Willden is rude, combative, and has zero compassion or bedside manner. Loved the staff but don't care for her. Sad. Dan has retired and I don't doubt she is the reason why. She has quite the bully mentality. I requested a refill on one of my prescriptions that I desperately need for my sanity and she dropped the ball. I had to go in and get face to face to resolve the issue.

I had to say " so you aren't going to check me out before I leave " before he examined me. He Literally wrote on a sticky pad a recommendation for an over the counter medicine. I came to this Urgent Care for a DOT Physical. First person thru door and I am 1 hour in. No one…read morehas called me back. Who knows when I will get out of here. Finally after a hour and 30 minutes they brought me back. It took another 35 minutes to complete my DOT physical. Total time spent 2 hours 5 minutes. For a 1st come 1st serve Urgent Care. I do understand stand if someone has an emergency there should be priority. But no one in the waiting area had an emergency. Weird thing in the middle of my physical office manager comes in and asks if they had done anything wrong. She was asking why I had given a poor review. I thought to myself you are joking right? Overall review. Staff was friendly but poor online check in process and very slow service. Office manager said it was due to small staff. Two people entered at 8am. Me being first. 3rd person entered at 8:05 am. 4th person entered at 8:08am. 5th person entered at 8:15am. 6th person walked in at 8:35 am. These were all the patients in the waiting room and I was the first person to check in but the second to last seen. I hope corporate looks at these reviews and makes some changes to the online or QR code check in process. Not very user friendly. One more thing due to the 1.5 hour wait staring at the walls and listening to the wellness video on a 5 minute loop. I noticed how clean the waiting room was. Except one thing. The small play area for children. One small table with 2 chairs very clean. Then I looked down. Plastic clip together mat that was very very dirty. Not what you like to see at a clinic. I won't be back ever for a DOT Physical or any other service.
