When I saw what he paid my eyes popped out of my head. Idk if they accidentally overcharged him or if this is just the most expensive florist I've ever seen. He's only bought flowers for me a handful of times in the 10 years we have been together so he doesn't really know what flowers should cost. They charged him $93 for a small-medium sized bouquet in a clear vase!! $93!!! A majority of the flowers were mums and greens plus some dyed babies breath. I couldn't believe it. I didn't want him to feel bad for buying me flowers because I loved the thought but I need new boots and haven't bought them cuz they are so expensive, I just kept thinking omg he could have bought me boots. He also bought 3 pieces of candy from the florist and they overcharged him on that too. Each piece was $4 and he was charged $16+ I only know this because he popped in again, this time with me, so he could get a few more treats. While there I noticed the prices of the stuff he had bought before and was confused. Outside of being expensive the place is actually very nice, the people are friendly and welcoming. The building is huge! They not only are a florist but have holiday and home decor, a toy shop, and multiple other rooms we didn't even wander into so idk what all they sell. Sadly these expensive flowers only lasted 5 days and started to die. I've purchased flowers from the grocery store for much less that lasted much longer so this was a disappointment. H.G. hills is selling beautiful bouquets for $35 that are pretty similar in size to what we got for almost triple the price. When we were there the owners were complaining to us about how slow it has been. They said it was because of the economy, which I agree, it sucks right now, but maybe take another look at what you are charging. People are still buying flowers, just not $90 mid bouquets
