All I'm going to say and am going to say is that sanitation solutions is a bunch of sorry a## lazy pickers they don't even empty your trash cans all the way and do not pick up trash off the roadway after dumping the can y'all some sorry a## lazy people glad I seen what I seen before backing out of my driveway because I would have gotten a flat tire because of it y'all need to do better if I had it my way y'all wouldn't be picking up my trashcan it would be someone else.......... On last Friday it had been 2 weeks wondering why they had not picked up our trash I called my daughter called all we got was lie after lie then she called them again and said the they would send some one out another lie and then she told her they would give her a free week so then she told my daughter they are not picking up at any private roads or residential that have the green buckets no notice just dropped us like a bouncing ball that's just not customer service horrible people read more

I have contacted this company"s Manager on several occasions to have them stop driving thru my yard to turn around, and now they have broken my peach tree limbs in "my YArd" and have backed into a tree that me and my son planted 10 years ago and broke it off at the roots. I will no longer contact the the Manager or Truck driver, I have ask several times over the years to get them to stop. I will no longer involve them or the Police but will handle this problem personally, also I will make sure I am at the next City meeting concerning concerning their contract. read more

They forgot to pick my trash up yesterday...I reported it early this morning...still wasn't picked up...called them...said all drivers had gone home and it will be Monday...my trash can reeks and is covered in flies....I am changing service....by the way..this isn't the first time to have issues...they forget it about once every month or so lately! read more

This is the kind of terrible company the City of Van Alstyne chooses. Never move here. The city has a lot of issues. Corrupt to the core. Sanitation Solutions employees are sub par top to bottom. Sanitation Solutions needs to be more courtesy to their customers!! We should be NOTIFY when your days of "Operation are going to be and what HOLIDAYS you'll be CLOSED!!" I cannot believe you were OPEN on the 4th of July and didn't send out a "REMINDER" letting your customers know!! I tried calling the office 4 times, at different times on July 4, 2017 and NO answer!! So I thought you were closed for the 4th of July. I would like to know...Why were you NOT answering your phones if the TRASH was being still picked up?? I find this very unfair to me as the customer!! I mean...you don't forget to send out payment notices!!!!! In a word, suctastic. We used to like them. They changed the guys on our route and this new guy is a complete douchebag. He always leaves the lids on the trash bins up. He either leaves the bins in the road or behind my truck. And they drop trash out of the truck in the road that I have to pick up. They are supposed to pick up a large item once a month and that's yet to happen even though its been 4 months. When my husband said something to him about, the driver was very rude and started calling him names. When I call to complain about the Masengill Twin Pack they have assigged to our route I am told that they will take care of it but that hasn't happened either. read more

We live on the end of a very bad county road remotely located in Red River County. It's on the very end of Sanitation Solution's route, and our driveway is angled, making it extremely difficult to turn around. Despite all these challenges, Sanitation Solutions has consistently provided a reliable, loyal and valuable service to our farm. Their customer service is friendly and helpful, and carried us through an extended absence because of a medical emergency. This is a "can't-live-without" service for us, and Sanitation Solutions has been exemplary for many years now. read more

They get 1 star because it wouldn't take my review with no stars, which is complete shit. If they don't deserve any stars there should be an option to rate them no stars. These idiots treat our cans like crap and just chuck them here and there, not caring where they land, or land on. They used to pick up on holidays, so like always, I put the trash out Monday 12/25. No show. Left it out there 12/26, no show. I called the Paris office at (903) 784-0124 and the smug clerk said they ran an add in the paper stating they would come by Saturday 12/23. I was up early that day and did not see any trucks. My entire street was over flowing with cars from visiting family members, and no one's trash cans were set out. This is complete crap. And the City of Bonham is useless as ever and just wash their hands of it because it's "outsourced", not the City of Bonham's problem. And of course, our sanitation pick up fee is included with the "utilities" bill we send to the City of Bonham. I wish there was a way for "payback". I spoke to the general manager Jason on March 3, 2015. He is refusing to work with a prior/current customer. In March of 2014 a temporary government agency utilized a commercial building for a short term 8 week lease. AS of April 30, 2014 the building sat vacant. It was an over sight and no one (me) canceled the waste removal service. The accounting department has received the bills and been paying them. In March 2015 it came to my attention that this vacant commercial building has been paying for services that they haven't needed. While it is agreed that the over site was on the building owner (my) fault for not canceling service Sanitation Solutions is refusing to work with me. They DO NOT charge for dumpster rental....(We had a 3 yard dumpster). We paid a service for 8 months for GARBAGE REMOVAL on an empty dumpster. I WOULD NOT expect the company to foot the gas bill or even a minor charge for the dumpster rental. I asked if they could refund ANY of the money paid for the months that the dumpster wasn't used. Jason absolutely refused. He continuously repeated he doesn't know if anyone else was using the dumpster although I kept telling him that no one was using it. GO TO ANY COMMERCIAL building in the United States. You can clearly tell when a dumpster isn't being used. Unfortunately people aren't always the cleanest and you will always find garbage around on the ground. I find it pathetic that he wouldn't refund at least half the money paid out to reimburse for months that service wasn't necessary. Granted there isn't anything anywhere that would state that he should HAVE to refund but I believe it is good business practice to try to work with your customers, especially when potentially they may need your services again. read more
