The septic needed pumped out from all the rain. We have to empty before it can be fixed. Last week my husband called A-1 and scheduled the earliest appointment (today) 4/20/2020. At the time he booked the appointment he told the person scheduling that he wouldn't be there but for them to go ahead and pump it. Nothing was said. So today, they came and my husband was not there. He got a phone call from the office that he was suppose to be there and they wanted payment right now. He told them he didnt have a credit card to pay it. I did and I am at work. So he called me and I called A-1 with a credit card to pay for it. (Most places would just bill you around here and there was no mention it had to be paid right then or I would have gotten them paid before). Anyway, the girl that answered the phone acted likely she didn't know what I was talking about. Then she said Oh well your husband wasn't there so it's going back in!" and laughed!!! I said well I have the credit card. She said well I only had his phone number and I called him. I told her well im calling to give it to you. She said well too late we are dumping it back in. He said he didn't have a card I called him, over and over and over. I told her I didn't care what you did I am calling now to pay it. She said I am putting you on speaker. Then continued to laugh and say we are dumping it back in that's it get someone else. I told her we didn't know or I would have paid her before hand. She just laughed and laughed and said it's going back in. I told them they were the rudest company I have ever dealt with and hung up.

The process was simple to set up, they gave multiple options for payment and the potty was delivered and picked up on schedule. Their customer service was exceptional and if the need ever arises again, I would absolutely rent from AAA Sanitation in the future.

I had them deliver a container to Highland Park for a job though, and they told me they were registered with the city. They were not, and after 4 requests in writing, and two verbal requests to register, they refused to follow through. They told me they would take care of the issue, but never did, so I had them pick up their container and moved onto another company. If you are in a city that is not as strict, they are fine, but don't believe them just because they say they are registered.
