It is made from walnut milk, sea moss, burdock, dandelion and and tastes great. The smoothies and juices are tasty with a purpose. Below are my two favorites. The Mucous Buster is made of pineapple, grapefruit, orange, turmeric and cayenne. The Powra is made from kale, green apple, cucumber, ginger and lime. My favorite salad is the taco salad which has perfectly seasoned walnut meat as it's protein. The vegetables include lettuce, bell pepper, tomato, mango salsa, avocado and olives. The Yogi bowl is my second favorite, which is made of portobello mushrooms, quinoa and kale. There is a wonderful dressing to top it off. You can also ask that it be heated...OMG!!! Delicious! Love that the food is alkaline and that they add supplements to smoothies and latte that I wouldn't have otherwise thought of.
