Not only was she coughing continuously over my hands, which was very unhygienic, but the design she applied looked nothing like the reference picture I provided. Sanober was awesome! She did my henna in about 10min and used fresh cones that she made herself. I was a little nervous because I did my henna about 3 days before the event and it lasted till then! I decided to get a henna design by a professional since I never done one before so I looked on yelp to see who had about 4-5 star reviews (preferred 5) and lots of good pictures. Came across a couple in my area and it was time for me choose who will I go to? I looked at couple of henna places listed and decided to go with Sanober henna. She had the best reviews out of all the others and not to mention the amazing photos and designs shes done on clients!! It is preferred to call ahead and make an appt. She picked up immediately. I was surprised though that she says she does this all at her own home? I was sceptical at first but decided to give it a shot since she was on yelp and it was trusting. The visit didnt dissapoint at all! I was greeted by her husband who was very nice and the table were already set up for my appt. Got to meet Sanober who was very friendly and asked if I had any pictures I had to show her to give her an idea of what design I wanted. Although she didnt do the exact design I showed her off my cellphone she knew what specific designs I liked and worked her magic freehanding peice by peice different designs that tied everything together. Even told her what kinds of things I liked on a henna design such as florals, paisleys, swirls and mini "loops". She gets to know you personally also and fun to talk to. She is definitely recommended! This is what she does and her passion. Shes amazing and fast at her work. She also showed me wall art and candle hennas shes done on the side. Been coming to Sanober for years! I first came upon her when the salon I used to go to couldn't fit me in for Eid mehndi even though there was 30 mins till close and I found her online and even though she had a wedding to go to later that evening she made an exception and fit me in and as they say everything happens for a reason!
