Y'all, Em knocked it out of the damn park. She showed me the full colour finished pice and it was SO beautiful, way beyond what I had hoped. The day of was really laid back and chill: we chatted a bit about odd tattoos she's done and the worst places to get one. Well lucky me, I picked a pretty painful part but she was as gentle as she could possibly be. We took breaks, her for food and me for coffee, and get about 95% done in 1 full day session. She booked me for my touch up that same day and said there would be no charge for the time since she quoted what she quoted, but I'm happily going to pay her hourly rate plus top for her time. Em herself is very down to earth and chill, open to your feedback and tweaking things to get exactly what you want. Mike from the front desk is cool as hell, and the space is very well lit and exceptionally clean. Other artists popped by while we were working and loved her vision of what I wanted. Overall a 15/10 experience and I'm even finding more art that I want Em to do now.

I came in with another person and we both wanted tattoos. We sat down with the artists to go over the designs and were placed on the schedule for full day sessions at $1500 each. We assumed that was just the cost of a tattoo so paid the deposits and left. We trusted them since we haven't gotten a tattoo in over 20 years. One of us was charged a $250 deposit and the other a $400 deposit. We didn't know there was a difference until we left and discussed it. After talking with several friends that have tattoo's, we were told that price was WAY too high for what we were getting done, one tattoo on the upper arm about 4-5 inches big. We decided to get some other quotes and we were told by other reputable shops that our tattoos would take 2-3 hours to complete and the price was $300. We were shocked that Rebel Muse was charging 5 times higher than others. This isn't just a little higher, it's a HUGE difference. We decided to go back and talk to them, 10 days before our scheduled appointments to discuss pricing and the deposit difference. They did not care and said that's the price and we would have to forfeit the deposits if we cancelled. I asked if they could at least refund me the difference in deposit amounts ($400 vs $250) and I was told they would check and get back to me. I never heard back from them. This was a very bad experience and the customer service here is non-existent. I get that prices can be different at different locations/different artists but this is ridiculous. I'm not doubting their work may be good but price gouging is where I draw the line! This was a huge and costly mistake on my end. Unfortunately, this establishment won't do anything to make this experience right. Don't let this happen to you!

I just want to caution others to do your research before coming here. My boyfriend came in to see if he could get a replacement ball for his anti-eyebrow piercing because he was missing one. They did not have it but offered to change out the piercing bar instead. He ended up agreeing because he didn't have enough time to go anywhere else and figured it wouldn't be a big deal. The lady (i don't remember her name but she looked like a white girl with black hair and she also had an apprentice with her) said she was could do it and made it seem like she knew what she was doing. SHE DID NOT. For those who don't know, the bar is like a staple shape and this piercing can easily reject. he has had this piercing for YEARS and never had any issues- it was perfect till she touched it. It took her about 20 minutes and she was just tugging and pulling and digging around in the hole of his piercing trying to get the other jewelry in. I could tell she was getting frustrated and she basically ended up re-piercing the hole he had but not good at all- much closer to the surface, and tried to play it off like it was switched when she really just re-pierced it. He still has the piercing but it's not the same at all. The edges come out more and the middle between the balls always looks swollen because the bar is too close to the surface and the built up scar tissue. It's okay if someone is still learning piercings, but you have to be honest about your experience when it comes to easily rejected piercings like this. At the end of the day what's done is done, but they need to do better and I would not recommend this place to anyone (especially after seeing the recent tiktok that blew up) which is a shame because it seemed like it was a women owned shop which we wanted to support.

Both tattoos took maybe 10 minutes and didn't hurt me because they were my 7th and 8th ones, also Will is very fast but detailed in his craft. He also charges a great price.
