This may be a nice place but not worth coming. The old lady is all up on your business looking to…read moresee what kind of clothes you come to clean. She literally put her hands in my husband's clothes and ask what is all that come from. Is that dirt and oil from the oil field? I told her no, my husband works in construction. She then went on to tell me well we have a different washer for that. I told her I didn't need a different washer for plain dirt and some mud. They then proceeded to see how much laundry soap I was going to use and not to over fill. I felt like I had my stepmother looking over me telling me how laundry is done. I then asked if I could borrow the bathroom and they refused to lend it to me. They went on to say that due to other customers inappropriate behavior that no one else was allowed to use the bathrooms. I told her it was sad that she would judge everyone due to other behavior. This lady acted so prejudice against us from the moment we walked in the door. Feeling so heartbroken that this type of behavior still goes on in this day and time. Lastly as I sat down to wait for the wash to complete I took my phone out to look and read my emails to make the time worth while. I then heard the old lady tell the other lady I bet she's going to write a review on Facebook now. I thought to myself I wasn't planning on it but since you insist here it is.

It appears that the multiple comments about this [rude lady] are accurate. I solicited the…read moreassistance of her staff, and this individual wasn't pleasant to deal with. I just needed a few dimes and nickels changed out. She just took it from me when I tried to count it out on a table. I wanted to count it in front of her, and then she count it for herself so that both parties affirm the amount and thus a good exchange. I guess the boss establishes the culture. I'll be avoiding from now on.

My washing machine decided to go on the fritz and I was dreading going to the laundy-mat…read more(remembering the smelly hot dirty laundry-mats of my youth). However upon walking in, I found a super clean (and great smelling!!) facility. The staff was extremely friendly. I can tell the machines are well maintained and my laundry came out smelling clean and fresh!! Gone is my image of the old day laundry-mats. Thank you Spin City for a great experience.

This employee made the place very ghetto and uncomfortable now. Last week a washer didn't work and…read moreI let him know ( white older man, bald with glasses and tattooed up his neck) and he put the out of order sticker and gave me a refund. This week same machine (out of order sticker was removed) machine still did not work. Told him again and he thinks it is because the load is full. I showed him the load it's only 25% full. Then he attacks by talking back to me, the customer: oh, so you fix laundry machines?" "Because I had someone come in and fix and it was working". I explained again it is not working again. And he said "I'm not going to argue with you it's because it's too full!" So the way the spoke to me is not the way you speak to a customer. Maybe he has always worked in minimum wage jobs and never at a professional setting but it is common sense still to not talk back to a person and dismiss the issue....I finished there but he never put the out of order sticker back on the washer. This is the only laundromat in brady, which is hard for travelers like me. We are on a 13 week travel assignment here in the small town of brady to help this demographic but if there was another laundromat I would go to that one for better customer service. Even the rest of the rest of the customers here I can see are out of town workers , you can tell they are not locals. Brady is a small town of 5,000 population before san angelo and san antonio. So an employee like that, watch out who serves (type of customers) go to that business to wash their clothes.
