With her vehicle rolling over multiple times all of her belongs were thrown from her truck and being a college female student we had 11 loads of laundry to do. Mrs. Charolette was so caring and helpful, because it was so much and we had only a little time to get it done, my other daughter and I did it ourselves. However, Mrs. Charolette jumped right in with us and help clean a blood stain from my daughter, who was in the accident, shoes! She offered advice to save money and time, she cared for my family as if it were her own. I recognized right away that she cared for her business and equipment. I will say she is rightfully protective of her family owned small business equipment and she won't put up with deceptive or unpleasant behavior! I respect and admire the way she handles herself and her business. I had the pleasure to spend a few hours with her and I left with clean clothes and a full heart! I think the world would be a much better place if there were more Mrs. Charolette's in it! I will self proclaim her as my grandma!

This is a SERVICE YOU OFFER 2.) Why would you ask that of a customer if the whole reason people use this facility is specifically for the purpose of dropping off their clothes and picking it up once it is done. 3.) You do not know our schedules, plans or reasons for using your services. So Charlotte decides to charge us $11 just for them to move our laundry from washer to dryer.No folding. Instead of the $3 she charged last time for the same service, and same amount of clothes. If you ask the employees how much their services cost they will tell you it depends on who you ask. Not to even mention the trash overflowing, limited laundry basket rollers and general dirtiness. As another reviewer stated it is extremely hot and stuffy and uncomfortable to sit inside for any prolonged period of time, even in the winter! They just watched me put my stuff in knowing that there was no quarters. previous owners really took care of everything a lot better. It's Really disappointing. Also I get that you need cameras in your facility to protect your company or whatever your machines but like can you turn off the light that's on them you go in there and it's just flashes of lights in your face the whole time you're in there because every one has like a spotlight on it in the middle of the daytime in a room that is already lit up. Cool it's clean, if that's the only thing that y'all aim for y'all should not be in the laundry business. This week same machine (out of order sticker was removed) machine still did not work. Told him again and he thinks it is because the load is full. I showed him the load it's only 25% full. Then he attacks by talking back to me, the customer: oh, so you fix laundry machines?" "Because I had someone come in and fix and it was working". I explained again it is not working again. And he said "I'm not going to argue with you it's because it's too full!" So the way the spoke to me is not the way you speak to a customer. Maybe he has always worked in minimum wage jobs and never at a professional setting but it is common sense still to not talk back to a person and dismiss the issue....I finished there but he never put the out of order sticker back on the washer. This is the only laundromat in brady, which is hard for travelers like me. We are on a 13 week travel assignment here in the small town of brady to help this demographic but if there was another laundromat I would go to that one for better customer service. Even the rest of the rest of the customers here I can see are out of town workers , you can tell they are not locals. Brady is a small town of 5,000 population before san angelo and san antonio. So an employee like that, watch out who serves (type of customers) go to that business to wash their clothes.
