Zero/low waste markets make me happy. It's consumerism done right. Need some rose water toner? They can refill your spray bottle. Need some all purpose cleaner? Bring your reusable bottle in or purchase one to get started with. The option are there for you. I've purchased anything from toothbrushes to natural lip/cheek tint here. You've gotta check it out.

I am so pleased and happy places like this that take care so much of the environment. Everything here is so cool and dedicated to protect and not harm environment, which are things I loved. Located in a nice area Saint Pete with parking for free and walked around when we found this place. The service was great.

I found Sans Market while walking around my soon to be new neighborhood. Initially I was drawn inside because of all of the plants inside, but I realized quickly there was a lot more than just plants. But to start out, they have a huge selection of plants which also vary in size. I was told by the woman who worked there that they are always getting new shipments of plants so checking regularly is a good thing as you can maybe find something you weren't expecting. What I didn't expect was to find all the sustainable living items. I love that you can buy reusable jars for soaps and shampoos. Don't feel like paying? They have free , albeit less attractive bottles for your use. You pay by the ounce regardless. They sell lighters, reusable everything from napkins and paper towels. Everything and anything that helps lessen the garbage foot print we are leaving behind. And I absolutely love that.

As if this place wasn't amazing already.., they have added a BAKERY and quaint grocery in the back! No need to go to Publix to keep rebuying those spice jars that you throw out when they're empty- go here to refill it! You can grab a snack, some bread, grab a free jar to fill up for room spray and you're on your way! Not only is this a place to take from (food, cleaners, etc.) but you can also GIVE by dropping off your old olive jars, pickle jars, or salsa containers for people to use for free when they re fill. If you've already stopped by before- time to go again! If you haven't gone yet, now is the time!

The mouthwash and toothpaste that I bought on my last trip to Sans Market.

I love this place. I go there every chance I get. I have been on a mission to be plastic free. I love their locally sourced, natural toothpaste. It comes in a glass jar, they also have a national brand of the same product. I always buy local when I can. They have local produce, items you can buy with your own container, if I'm lucky some fruits and vegetables and so many household and personal products! The last time I was also able to get mouthwash in a glass jar with a metal reusable shot glass. They will take back any clean bottles that you bring and they sometimes have items for free. Now featuring a little coffee counter so you can sit down and relax. They have fabric reusable products, and sustainable toilet paper as well. I know some of the vendors that provide their locally made items. Please check it out! You and the earth will be so glad you did. Remember being environmentally conscious is a journey, it does not happen overnight. every step you take in the positive direction is helpful. Don't be afraid to try different things.

Every city deserves a Sans Market. I am so happy St Pete is where they call home! A huge array of eco friendly alternatives - from personal care and hygiene to cleaning supplies to cute gifts, they have it all. We've been trying to reduce our plastics and trash which can be extremely difficult. Not anymore! I've bought biodegradable sponges, Three Blue Birds Swedish dish towels (don't overlook them, they are incredible!), candles, and more. The best feature? They have giant tubs of things like soap, shampoo + conditioner, glass cleaner, toothpaste, even sunscreen (!!) so that you can fill up containers and reduce the waste of throwing them out each time you need products. Customers bring empty jars and containers you can take for free, which is a nice community touch, or you can buy glass spray bottles and other dispensers to refill each time you come. I absolutely love this. The staff are super friendly and helpful in guiding you through and answering questions if you've never been there. Sometimes they put on classes too though I've never been for one. Highly recommend this little local eco-friendly gem in our beach town!

I just popped my Sans Market/Lida's Jungle cherry and oh wow, did it feel GREAT! I was distracted from the moment I walked in with all the package-free products available; many from local crafters and vendors. Though I'd come in just to try out the bulk bar, I found myself exploring toothpaste and essential oils and compost bags and candles and so much more! I'd figured prices would be outrageous, but most were actually very reasonably priced. Many were things I've purchased from online vendors which then complicated things with shipping (ethics, time, money) but this had almost everything someone would need for more sustainable living, all in one small shop. I'd brought two containers to fill at the bulk bar but had no idea how many options there would be! By the time I'd finished meandering through the rest of the shop and bombarded the nice ladies with a thousand questions, I made my way to the back. A floor to ceiling stockpile of bulk shampoo, conditioner, lotions, laundry detergent, hand soap, sanitizer, cleaning products, and so much more. Most products even had a few scent or brand varieties to choose from. The price points were epic! They even had a small section with free upcycled bottles/jars to choose from if you forgot to bring your own or just want to try. They also had a nice selection of quality empty bottles, jars, and spray containers to purchase. I was completely overwhelmed. Thankfully, they have very intuitively written the steps out for everyone to follow. It made sense once I saw all their labels and directions. It actually turned into such a fun process. Who knew saving the world could be so reasonably priced and fun?!? On top of that, all the staff were incredibly knowledgeable, nice, and super patient. I will absolutely be back soon!!!
