They will not exchange or refund faulty vapes, and the "most" they can offer is "10% off on their next order." It is fair to expect at the minimum, an exchange when receiving a faulty product from anywhere. I purchased a vape and tested in store, which took some effort for it to hit, and it kept hitting after I was done. I figured nothing of it and continued on with my day. The vape from there would not hit unless with tremendous effort and proceeded to stop hitting. Plugging it in resulted in showing it was completely charged. The manager didn't bother to come and talk to me personally, a waste of $24 unfortunately. Luckily, the gentleman up front was very kind and hospitable. He helped me find what I was looking for initially so shout out to him. Definitely not returning to this store and hopefully they take better care of their regulars or make change soon! read more

That dude is frigging weird. And if you knew me then you would know that is really saying something. The atmosphere is pretty cool, and when coupled with the bizarre nature of the conversation, well I was looking for a pack of smokes but found myself not really knowing what the hell was going on, well, the whole thing was weird. They say they are open 10 am on Saturday's. It's 11 am , the shop is very close to my house so I chose to save my gas and wait, still not open . I've seen about 5-8 people come up to the door and to only be disappointed as well. Called the store no answer what so ever did leave a voicemail , no response yet. read more

The owners of this store do an excellent job of making sure your experience is both enjoyable and affordable. Their prices are great, and the staff is among the most knowledgeable in the area. They have a great working relationship with some of the best local glass artists and have a line of communications with them to relay customer feedback making products improve over time as they artists respond to feedback. In this shop, I have seen some amazing works of art surrounded by some simple and affordable pieces that meet every taste and budget. Most of the other local shops in the area need to charge more due to the rent required on large spaces. This shop may be small in it size, but it makes up for in affordability and selection. Every time I come to this establishment I am treated kindly by the employees and all needs met. I've never had a bad interaction or felt put off by the employees. And tho I only purchase e-liquids from them, there are all kinds of things to purchase like tobacco, glass pipes, vape pens, fun posters and sometimes clothes. It's a nice smoke shop, not sure as to what the other reviewers had smoked at the time they reviewed this place, but I like this store and hope they stay. There location is a bit hidden and not a lot of people traffic. Could be due to location and parking is better in the back of the store. I had the misfortune of needing something from this shop. As i was rudely greeted with a rude glare from person behind counter/ I walked around to where part i needed was in open plain sight. after a under his breath homophobic slur i was told they were all out..Bold face lie. I used to have a good and fair relationship with the owners, not friends but very polite, i asked the employee if owners felt same way he responded in the positive. i am glad they are wealth enough to exclude the lesbian community . I hope it is the employee and not the owners thoughts also. Mine and my lesbian and gay friends will not be returning. read more

Love this little shop! I am going to first start out by saying I am an avid hookah junky. When I run out of shisha and am in a pinch this is the first place I head to. Now their selection isn't huge, which is why I am giving 4 stars. But their customer service is top notch! It is locally owned, and what more can you ask for. They give you first name service, and I have absolutely no complaints other than the selection. But don't get me wrong, what they do have to smoke is some good stuff (unless you don't like fantasia). read more

Doesn't look like much, but is awesome. Keep in mind the place is primarily a headshop and not a cigar store (try Briar Shoppe, Hunky Dory, Classic Smoke Shop or Cigars on 7th for cigars), but if that floats your boat this place is awesome. Dont know when or why it happened but this spot went down hill. Used to be one of my favorite places to shop in my neighbor hood, always welcoming and helpful. but recently, they seem real hurry along and not knowledgeable about they're products. Which has cost me money evertime when they're products do not work. starting to become a money pit. wish a place near by were selling elements... btw i might be going in at the wrong times but i havent Seen the owners in months. Went in tonight for the first time, and the lady working the counter cut us an awesome deal. We walked away with a beautiful tall water pipe that I never would have thought I could get for the price point I got it at, considering it was locally blown. She negotiated based on what I told her my budget was, which blew me away. I'll be going back, as they had a good selection of pipes as well and I saw one or five that I must have as I expand my collection. read more
