Do you just carry personal items or do you have small sculptures and paintings in the classics red nd green pattern I'e seen in Seattle and Vancouver BC?

In addition to our Native handmade collections from the Southwest, we carry a range of indigenous handmade items including First Nations jewelry, a few masks and totem poles from British Columbia, Canada.

Despite this shop's relatively small size, it is packed with goodies. My go-to is always the card section, where I invariably find a card for an upcoming birthday or, even better, the perfect card for a friend who could use a pick-me-up or a good laugh. My stationary drawer is packed with Retreat cards that I've got on the ready and I am very grateful. There is a great range of options in terms of price. You can find very fun patches and charms for around ten dollars. If you are looking a bit higher-end, there is a lovely collection of jewelry: but you are definitely paying for quality work that will be appreciated. Diane and the various employees are invariably friendly and eager to help you find something perfect for your friend or family.

This used to be one of my favorite shops, and my mom's too, but we recently had a strange and…read moreunpleasant experience. The person working there (possibly the owner, though we're not sure as we'd never encountered her before) was very rude and dismissive towards my mom. My mom was talking about her recent flight and some news she had heard about flying, as she had just arrived from out of town to visit me. The woman with short blonde hair suddenly interrupted, saying, "We DO NOT talk about that in here, NOPE! NO!" If you don't want to discuss a topic, there's a polite way to steer the conversation elsewhere. You don't need to be dismissive and rude, especially to customers. My mom felt terrible and shut down immediately. We left and won't be returning. It was a really bizarre and disappointing experience that ruined our visit.

I've gotten my daughter's gold charms soldered on, I've had many rings sized, I've had two rings with missing stones replaced, I had an Aquamarine earring turned into a pendant, and I've sold junk gold like broken bracelets and unwanted jewelry all here. So of course when I got engaged and was given a diamond ring by my future in laws, I brought it to a jeweler I trust! Rodrigo did such an amazing job on our custom wedding ring set, I knew he would but he went above and beyond. It has been the least stressful part of the whole wedding planning! And he prioritized getting the rings done so quickly, I literally got the rings before the alterations on my dress have been completed! All three rings pictured were custom done by Rodrigo and I've included a picture of the original ring with the stone. I am beyond the moon with how they turned out and am so thankful to Rodrigo for making the process so easy and really working with me to get exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend going to Alhambra Jewelry & Gold for all your jewelry needs! They also have a great selection of jewelry at the store and online!

Ask for Chloe!!!…read more Where do I even begin.... I first purchased a timepiece from Hing Wa Lee back in 2003 and bought numerous through 2007. Obviously getting a watch back then was much different. Even up to maybe 2019 pre covid it was considered somewhat easy or at least attainable. If you've ever walked into a Rolex AD or any other reputable brand alike or flagship jewelry story like Hing Wa Lee that is an AD, then this review is for you. I was never really on the hunt per se but whenever I'd walk by an AD I'd go inside and speak to a representative just to get dismissed and ultimately treated poorly and basically laughed at. For the most part everyone is on social media and I've been following Hing Wa Lee's IG for years and would chat with Chloe on there. I told her my story and stayed in contact and would refer customers over to her. She never laughed or made me feel unwanted or like I didn't matter. She'd always engage with pure and wholehearted attempt to make me feel like a respected customer. A lot of sales reps will disregard you if you're not purchasing right then and there or at the time of. Chloe was different and I knew it immediately. I'm in sales myself and running a large operation so dealing with Chloe was an amazing and refreshing experience to say the least. Fast forward about 4 years and I got a call for a timepiece I couldn't say no to. I went to this location a few weeks ago where Chloe greeted me (first time meeting in person) and it's like we already knew each other. She rolled out the red carpet and gave me an experience that my entire staff can take note of! She could've sold me something more expensive but she listened to my wants and needs and that's where value is added. Needless to say I'll be going back and thank you for roping me back into the Hing Wa Lee family Chloe! To conclude, A one-time sale is just a moment - a quick exchange that comes and goes. But a genuine relationship is built on trust, care, and connection... and that's what turns one moment into many, again and again." Ask for Chloe!
