Once I read the facts, it was undeniable that I would have asked too much for my home given the history of sales in the area and I would have priced my home beyond what the market would bear. I agreed that their pricing was more in line, but it was still a reach, however we all agreed it was doable. Once I signed with Adam & Bunny, they went right to work getting stunning photographs, videos, and aerial footage of the home and property. Adam even took it upon himself to fix our mailbox that wasn't standing exactly straight up! Adam also went out of his way to hold an open house every single weekend that the house was on the market! In fact, if you need another to fill a bedroom inbox me and I'm there (lol, but seriously). This place is perfect. From the moment you arrive, it's impossible to not be transported to a place of peace, tranquility and joy. Multiple decks to see the stunning views. A pool, hot tub, and sauna. A yoga room!!! Great if you already have a practice and can use facilities on your own, but we also found it was very reasonable to just hire a teacher from Santa Fe to come up for a private lesson. Hiking right outside your door. Every bedroom (plus the cabin!) is set up perfectly to make you feel like a VERY ZEN queen/king. Watch the sunrise and the sunset over the mountains, while you swing on the front swings. Eat dinner under the stars or in the formal dining room. The choices are endless at Rass Mandal. The experience of this house unlocked possibilities, I'm not even kidding! It is a ways up the mountain road-- so not for people who really wan ot be in the center of twon. But we really had no trouble getting to town when we wanted to go out and explore. Mostly though you'll want to stay in, trust me! :) Also Richard is the nicest. Very helpful and the entire process was overall easy. Enjoy your stay at Rass Mandal!!
