This place was so freaking cool! It was such a nice break from the hot New Mexico summer. The store front is in a small shopping center away from the busiest parts of the city. they ask that you either bring your own socks or they have disposable booties for you to wear. There are these great chairs that will lay you out flat. Beware you will probably take a little nap. They have soothing music playing and lights on the ceiling that look like stars. The whole cave is full of the salt. The walls, the floor, the décor. They ring a gong to let you know they will be opening the door soon. You will leave relaxed! read more

We saw this advertised on Airbnb experiences looking for unique activities in Santa Fe. We made a last minute reservation and we're pleased to have the cave to ourselves!! Kim was delightful, her dog Neptune is a most excellent welcoming committee. The cave itself was hand made from 9 tons of Himalayan salt imported from Pakistan. Since we were alone, we put on our own meditation recording which was complemented by the music playing in the cave. It was a truly sublime meditative experience, and we felt rejuvenated after our flight. If we had these at home I'd go at least once a month. Check it out! read more

My girlfriends and I stopped in here during a trip to Santa Fe after receiving an email suggestion from AirBNB to check it out. The gal who checked us in (who I believe was the owner) was SUPER friendly. She welcomed us, got us checked in, explained the benefits of halotherapy, and left us to relax. We were lucky and had the room to ourselves for our 45 min session. My sinuses definitely felt more open afterwards and I was very relaxed. The combination of soft music, cooler temps, and a blanket was really nice. I even fell asleep for a little bit. I thought we might feel salty on our skin when we left but none of us did. I feel so blessed to have a salt cave in Santa Fe, I visit salt caves whenever I travel and this is hands down the most beautiful salt cave I have ever been inside, stepping inside is like stepping into paradise. The owner and staff are super friendly and welcoming. The retail area is top notch, and plenty of parking. There is complimentary water and tea for before and after your treatment. The price is very affordable so I now include it in my weekly self-care treatment plan for myself. Inside the cave I fall into a meditative state and when leaving carry a relaxed and renewed feeling for the rest of the day. It's a great way to detox from stress and environmental toxins.
