They didn't put all the cabinets together where they took out shelves, they lost the bag of screws that were to put the patio table together, lost the power cords for tv's, had a couple of mops missing. I called the owner and he said they may have left the missing items on the truck and he'd check....never received a call back from them, that's not good business.
