Over priced and hidden fees. They force you to insure your stuff and will bill you for the maximum amount without even asking you! When you call they inform you that "you must" insure your items;however, they will not accept your home owners insurance as an alternative, which I'm sure would be much better coverage! We used Storage Mart and rented multiple units when we were moving. Then within days or renting the first unit we received an invoice for a balance due which was impossible since we prepaid the first month, I called they apologized for the error and this issue was corrected. I believed at the time it was just an error. However, more problems began in Nov 2017 when we started receiving Invoices (with another tenant's owner personal information- name and address) sent to our email address for a unit that we never rented. I called them in November, December and January to resolve the issue, each time assuring me the issue would be resolved, however, I continue to receive Invoices for this tenant and her unit. I received her March 2018 Invoice on 12 Feb 2018. Question ....Where were the Invoices sent for the units I rented and who now has my personal information?? I am mailing the other tenant the copies of the invoices I received so she is well aware of what is going on. I would never rent here again. read more

I've price checked the cost of gas a couple times in the past but finally gave up years ago, because Brad always had everyone beat. You can pre-pay for your gas on a contract, or you can roll the dice and pay as you go (and hope there's not a shortage in December driving prices up). We buy ours every summer/fall for the winter to lock in the price. One year someone drove over the top of our underground tank and broke the plastic "hatch". Brad was out here within a week with a used hatch he'd come up with somewhere and rather than digging completely down to the tank to bolt it on, was able to cut the old one out and install the new one in a way that doesn't leak water, and saved me a ton of money (and him a ton of work!). They're always johnny on the spot with fills; we try not to let our tank get below 30% so that we can give them flexibility but if you've got an emergency or run out of gas, they'll be there immediately (emergency charges apply obviously, but they're not unreasonable). Just a great company to deal with every time I've interacted with them, and they've got the cheapest price on gas anytime I've ever checked around. Even if they didn't I'd likely keep using them because they're a small family company rather than a conglomerate. When the owner of the company gives you his cell phone number for emergencies, you know you're going to be well taken care of!

Wendy at the Gardner Storage Mart, has always been very professional. When I drop off my rent every month, she even cares about how my day is going. She always has nice things to say about the world.
