Extra wide RV pads. All nicely paved.

This is a nice half-way spot for us between Fresno and the Bay Area. We found it by accident and have now stayed a couple times now. Mission restaurant across the street is amazing!

Driveway with junk on the side

Reserved a spot for April 24, 2026. Arrived after hours after driving for eight hours. Reservation instructions and receipt were there for me. The "site" but essentially a driveway behind the office. There was a lot of junk piled up on either side of the site and there was a very bright light shining down on the site which would've made it. Impossible for me to sleep. Of course it was after hours so when I called the office, there was no answer. I drove around looking to see if there was another site available in the park, but there was not. I ended up parking on the street in front of the office because that was the only safe place that was dark enough for me to be able to sleep that night. I tried to call the office again when I got to my ultimate destination, but they did not take my call. Clearly they didn't answer the phone because they knew who was calling them. In one of my voicemails I requested a refund. I have not heard back from this office at all. The people were very nice on the phone when I was making the reservation but the park is pretty junky with old tires and other junk laying around all over the place and putting me in that driveway with that huge bright light with junk all around on either side of the site was no Bueno. Also, when I got up in the morning, there were two cars parked in the site. So I don't know what that was all about either.

Santa Nella RV Park Office

Went to a wedding in June at the Mission, so we had a great visit staying at the Santa Nella RV Park- Leslie and Carol are the best!! Clean and very well kept facility! We will be back!

Nice level cement pads!

Very Clean. Level spots. Friendly staff. Great for a one nighter, right off I-5. Close to lots of junk food if you like that.

This time there are paper towels and hand soap in the bathrooms. I'm using the laundry this time and the machines are well maintained.

Don't tell travelers you have space for them if the site has no working water connection. That's a big no no.

The spots are very close to each other, but this is a small campground, maybe 50 spots. The KOA person guided us into our spot, made it easy because if it was just me and the wife... well you know! Moss landing is an old fishing town, very small, abut very historical and interesting to walk around. The ocean beach is walking distance from the campground. I will return to this place, very safe and very secluded. Nice clean laundry room, landscaping is beautiful, location is in a very secluded area in the farming community. Very tight spots, you are really close to your neighbor. But that's OK, this is a place you stay at, and go out during the day to see the sites around the area. There is no stores or restaurants in the area. Only one deli (which is really good but only open to 3pm). So you will need to have food and supply with you.

The other levels, journey, destination and resort are increasingly fancy, but generally have some kind of market, a cafe or restaurant, pools, jacuzzis and the like - more so at the higher levels. Well, this one was a fraction of the size of most of those. it was very well kept, nice level paved sites, excellent bathrooms - two full bathrooms, where you get your own toilet, sink and shower and door It's essentially located right in the harbor, there's a gate that will get you to the docks. Including all the whale watching boats . A bunch of sea lions were my neighbors on a rock on the other side of the fence. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance as well, so that makes up for not having one on site

Here are some pros and cons. Pro's: Spaces are large with plenty of room for the RV plus two cars. No light pollution is really nice for star gazing. Full hookups are nice. Easy check-in and out. Nice little walking trail by the creek. Overall very quiet with occasional road noise but not much at all. They also will fill your propane and drop it off after you drop off to them. Lots of trees which is probably great in the summer. Cons: Full timers give the RV park a different feel, there's none of that fellow camaraderie you find at most RV parks. Many full timers have sheds and storage of their belongings outside their RVs and makeshift porches that give the place a run down feel. Gravel sites could use some upgrades as ours had a deep hole that could have been an ankle twister so we had to keep a chair over it so we didn't step in it. No picnic tables here which is a first for us. No other amenities besides the restrooms and laundry room which we did not see. Only one garbage location at main entrance. Overall decent place and better than Thousand Trails down the way IMO. Plenty of room and spacious spaces. I would probably stay here again if in a pinch.

We always book once in winter time and once during summer, online booking has always been super easy. We have our own RV when we camp here so we don't need to use any of their restrooms/showers at the RV park so I can't review that park. Also we don't use their pool either. We mostly come here for the experience of the Casa de Fruta as a whole and we also go to Monterey Bay while here and lastly we explore Gilroy. We use to go to the Garlic Festival but ever since the shooting that happened a few years back, we haven't gone back, especially cuz we have kids. But it's always nice staying at this RV park, never had any problems or complaints. It's always a great stay!

As you approach the RV park, though you can see that the neglect from the years prior is factual as you'll see other yelper's reviews the health code violations on this place are an abundance within the RV park. You will find Raider nation & Harley Davidson's rider in plenty. Between the pools, non-functioning filter system, and lack of being cleaned to the fact of you may staff infection. You may be tempted to get within the showers that haven't been cleaned in a matter of months as you get into your RV spot more than likely the chances of your actual 30 amp plug working are a 50-50 chance as I previously stated the neglect of the RV part has gone unnoticed from the managers and owners as I'm sure they're still raking in money handover foot. Between the hours of 8 to 10 PM You'll notice multiple Harley Davidson's revving their engines as they head out on their evening bike rides. We were referred to this park by an Aunt and Uncle. They had previously stayed here back in the early 2000s but as I showed them pictures, they said it doesn't look like the same park that they once visited that was so fruitful. Property management and cleanup doesn't seem to be high on the list of things to do.
