Reserved a spot for April 24, 2026. Arrived after hours after driving for eight hours. Reservation instructions and receipt were there for me. The "site" but essentially a driveway behind the office. There was a lot of junk piled up on either side of the site and there was a very bright light shining down on the site which would've made it. Impossible for me to sleep. Of course it was after hours so when I called the office, there was no answer. I drove around looking to see if there was another site available in the park, but there was not. I ended up parking on the street in front of the office because that was the only safe place that was dark enough for me to be able to sleep that night. I tried to call the office again when I got to my ultimate destination, but they did not take my call. Clearly they didn't answer the phone because they knew who was calling them. In one of my voicemails I requested a refund. I have not heard back from this office at all. The people were very nice on the phone when I was making the reservation but the park is pretty junky with old tires and other junk laying around all over the place and putting me in that driveway with that huge bright light with junk all around on either side of the site was no Bueno. Also, when I got up in the morning, there were two cars parked in the site. So I don't know what that was all about either. read more

Dolly, Norm, and Carol are terrific and truly care about this park. We travel often and found this spot as a great overnight park with clean grounds, facilities, and spacious pull through spaces. The town has gas stations to fill up, a Starbucks, McDonald's, and an In and Out Burger. Recommended! read more

Easy check in process, easy to find, and right of I-5. It's a clean facility, with super friendly people. Bathrooms were super clean and the grounds are well kept. Across the street are a bunch of places to eat and a grocery store. Nothing fancy but it's a safe place to stay while traveling though. read more

This time there are paper towels and hand soap in the bathrooms. I'm using the laundry this time and the machines are well maintained.

Place is kind of a mess. The nice sign on their site is apparently gone. Water pressure is a joke I was getting 25psi, Wifi is basically non existent everywhere but the office go figure. Bathrooms clearly have issues. Seems like the residents actually clean the bathrooms more than the park staff does. Talk to a few residents and well you'll get an earful. They clearly aren't happy with the current management. Seems like 10 years ago this place was kind of a nice green oasis in the middle of nowhere and everyone was happy. But based on comments seems like management is raising prices, deferring maintenance, while reducing services. In manufacturing for IBM years ago, managers would do stuff like this to try and maximize bonus but it always cost double in the long run. Dog park is pretty much all dirt now and apparently bad sprinkler valves as they appear to keep on leaking which if applied to the rest of the park would explain the water pressure issues. They clearly have sprinklers but they use a hose to water patches next to the bathroom. As a result I imagine they are probably wasting tens of thousands of gallons a month in water leaks. Office staff seems kind of nice, though, I never saw the manager outside the office I forgot her name. If they just did the easy basic's this could be a great place. Aka fix the water leaks, sprinkler systems, toilets, showers. read more

Oh Santa Nella RV Park, where do i start? we had such high hopes the reservation was so thorough and easy, our spot was wonderful, the place was easy to find, located near a lot of good food... and that's where it stops. other 'fun' perks that weren't mentioned when booking: the guest that lives next to you staring at you for over a minute and making faces, the person running up to the back of your camper van screaming obscenities at 6am, the constant dog barking throughout the night, the awful state of both the men's and women's restroom, the woman in the women's restroom giving your wife attitude about taking a shower, and the lack of bags in the dog run. read more

The is a great little park, just a stop for overnight. We drive a 37ft class with tow vehicle. They put us in 2 spots as the sites are smaller. It is an older park but very well maintained with large paved interior roads. Staff is Super friendly...Thank you Dolly and Carol read more

Let's star with the good, easily accessible from the main road, friendly staff, solar grin provides electricity to the RV spots, and provides shade. The bad, the electric plug outlets are weathered and damaged. It burned up my surge protector. I'm surprised they haven't caught on fire. I checked multiple spots and all were the same. The sewer hookups for the sites are shared via a plumbing tee. We were unable to safely use ours. Many of the sites are occupied by permanent tenants, again making it difficult to hook up due to sharing. Lastly it backs to a mobile home park, making the park feel like an afterthought. I will not be staying here again. Worst RV park I've stayed at. It really was so bad, we left after our first night, we were supposed to stay two. read more

This is our first time visiting this RV Park. I am so happy with what we found. The spots are big enough for our truck and trailer to stay hooked up if we choose. Plenty of room to park next to the rig if we unhook. Separate fenced area for our dog to be off of the leash. Very clean with mature trees. We have stayed at this place twice. Once last year and then last night. On the first trip, it wasn't great, but was a convenient stop off I-5. However, after last night, we won't be back. We showed up around 730 pm after a long day of driving to find someone in our spot. We asked the person about this and he said, "the management told me I could dump here. It shouldn't be too much longer. " He dumped and left. We finally got into our site and his sewage had leaked all down the side of our pad. We called management to try to get the bathroom code and also complain about someone dumping in our site. The woman we spoke with was slurring her words and could barely complete a sentence. It took her 5 times to give us the code. When we asked about the guy dumping, her response was, "it isn't your site until you pay. Sorry about the mess, but nothing I can do about it!" We had reserved the site with a credit card. I am sure we would have been charged whether we showed up or not. The layout is super awkward for anyone pulling a trailer. The utilities are in the middle of the site. So, to actually use them, you would have to unhook your tow vehicle. The biggest issue is how gross this place has become. The bathroom was disgusting. Mildew on the shower curtain, floors with mold and dirt, nasty dirty socks in the shower. Just gross. We will not return. Received no apology from management. We will stay somewhere else read more

This is the perfect park if you're traveling along I-5. It's right off the freeway and has many pull-thru sites. However, the sites are not long enough for a 40' motorhome and a toad. You will need to unhook. A smaller trailer and vehicle can fit in the site perfectly. The park is clean, paved and easy to manuver. We've stayed here a couple of times on our way along the freeway and would highly recommend the location. I would suggest reservations. This last time we lucked out. We arrived about 2:00 in the afternoon to catch the last site available. Great RV park. read more

Rv park by definition. This is a trailer park with solar panels. Needed a place to stop For the night and was excited when we found a " rv park" where we could Spend the night but also enjoy what was left of our evening. The grounds are very very very close to eachother. Could hear the people next door watching tv. It looks like multiple people live there. I would recommend saving your 48 dollars and stopping by the nearest rest stop. read more

Tuesday March 6, 2018 I went to Santa Nella RV Park in Santa Nella, California for a fill of propane for my class A motor home and was treated extremely hostilely. Santa Nella 13023 State Hwy 33 Santa Nella, CA 95322 (209) 826-3105 As I walked around the front of my motor home a tall white man came from behind of the motor home with a dog. He said, "get em". The dog went to barking, growling and baring it's teeth. The guy let the dog go to the end of its leash towards me. I stopped and looked at the dog and man. I walked to the front office to ask for propane service. Dolly said she would get someone to pump it. After getting the propane I walked back to the office to pay. There was someone inside with Dolly so I waited outside. Dolly opened the door smiling "What are you scared of dogs?" In a snidely tone. I went in and while paying I talked to the guy seated about my future plans. I intend on moving to another state to live. The seated guy said "We'll shoot you". He said it out of the content. I stopped talking and looked at Dolly who had a big grin and her face. I go to buy propane and get death threats? I can not believe I got death threats from a stranger and a dog sicced on me all with an approving grin from one of the owners/managers of Santa Nella RV Park. I am a disabled senior citizen who wears a back support(clearly visible outside my shirt and most times use a 4 wheel walker to assist me. I did not use the walker that day since I have been to this office before and knew they do not have a ramp for access to the office. This business and their clientele is clearly prejudice towards individuals with mobility disabilities and clearly enjoy bullying them. Avoid this RV Park since they clearly have mental health issues. read more

We needed an RON off i-5 so picked this place. Nice basic park with super friendly employees. The sites are actually small but they wound up giving us two sites. Our 35ft 5th wheel was more of a challenge to get in there than I thought. There is no pool but there is a dog run area. Overall a nice park. read more

The RV park is in a perfect location to stop for the night. The park is clean and well maintained. They advertised WiFi and cable TV and Pull-thru sites. There were 3 problems that detracted from our stay. (1) The cable TV didn't work. The cable connector at our site (54/55), the threads on the male portion of the connector were stripped. When I used another sites connector, there was no signal. When I informed the lady working in the office, she said there is great over the air reception. (2) The WiFi didn't work. When I informed the lady in the office, she made a sticky pad note. (3) They advertised pull-thru sites. We had a 36' motorhome with a tow. The sites were so small I was told to park at an angle so I wouldn't have to disconnect. That meant I had to use extra long sewer hose to connect. Overall, the park did not live up to its advertisement. read more

The park was clean. we were there on the hottest day. It was so hot the ac and refrigerator could not keep up. Good service. Ice for $4 at the office. There is shower and bathroom. It was close to the freeway which was very convenient. There were many fast food eateries across the street and down the street to Anderson Pea restaurant. Pleasant experience. We needed a stop-over while on the 5 and Santa Nella RV Park was fine for this. We would stay again and longer as needed. We found their website and description accurate. The park is far enough from the 5 so noise wasn't a problem. All the spots are pull through. We have a 35ft travel trailer and it fit fine with the truck to its side. The spot we had was a double wide, level concrete pad, and it had hook-ups on both sides so it didn't matter which way you pulled in. On the way there, we called after hours and our call was answered in person. We arrived just after dark around 8:30 pm and one of the ladies came out to greet us and to make sure everything was OK. 4 stars based on convenience, reasonable price, cleanliness, and great staff. I'm a bit of a novice, but this was a bit tighter than other RV Parks I've been to. The staff was great, and my site seemed nice. It had a nice-sized dog park. I don't frequent this area of the US, but would feel fine staying here again if need be. read more

Was a little annoyed that they didn't have a reservation for us waiting. They don't send email confirmations. I asked to send me something that would indicate we had a spot. Park wasn't crowded. It was 10 pm when we pulled in. We picked up the papers from the office outside box. And found an empty sight. Quickly parked and headed toward the restroom. Surprise you need a code to get in. Went back to the van and found the sheets had the secret code for the bathrooms whited out. Knocked on the camper beside us they didn't have a code either. So we used the bushes. Next morning went to pay for the site and get the code. After paying got the code and then was told there isn't any hot water. WHAT? I haven't got cleaned up in 5 days and I wanted a hot shower. Didn't even offer us a discount or apology. Just "we have to get the plumber out." So at least I had a cold shower quickly in the dirty shower room. My husband said the men's restroom was bad too. Head on down the road. This place is not worth a stop unless you're desperate. read more

Nice little RV park. Needs updated connections though. Lots of long term residents. Move them to the very back please. The long term people need to be required to clean their RV's (dust, bugs, etc.) and tons of spider webs. Those should be cleaned up too. Spider webs from tires to ground, etc. Also, all their belongings out in front of their RV's is not a good sight. read more

I needed to find a spot for my hubby to stay for the night on his way up to the Antelope fire. Found this little gem. When I called to ask if they had a spot that was pull through and long enough for a service truck and trailer, Dolly the lady whom answered the phone was so helpful and delightful she had me pull up the map to explain their spot system to me. I told her I would call back. I did and booked it. When my husband was trying to get there he had to call because his GPS was sending him in all different directions. He also spoke with Dolly and she guided him in. He ended up sticking out of the spot a little and they offered him cones for the front of his truck so it wouldn't get hit. Very nice people, great customer service. Will definitely book here again as a spot for him on his way north for fires. read more
