There are so many choices for services that offer window tinting, it's mind boggling. I tried to get tinting done for my Bolt EUV last year and eventually gave up when I couldn't get basic questions answered over the phone before making an appt. One year later I tried again and my first call was to SRWT. The person who is on the front line for taking orders is Dionne and she was fabulous. Answered everything and got me in within 2 weeks. In person she helped me make the right choices for tinting and gave me tips on how to protect it over time. The service team in the shop took about 4 hours to complete the job and they did a great job. The owner even upgraded my tinting at no extra charge. The tinting makes such a huge difference not just in the elimination of glare but also with the decrease in the heat. My car is now cool-ish even parked in full sun. Game changer. If there was a downside it had nothing to do with the service, but there really isn't much to walk to from here while you wait. They have a small waiting room. Found this place on yelp and the reviews were good. They were also very reasonably priced. I finally upgraded my "mom" car so wanted some shade and to make my new "mom" car a little cooler. Dionne at the front desk was great and the owner, Bobby too. Appointment was easy and my window tint looked good. Overall I do recommend this place for a reasonably priced car window tint. However, after picking up my car and doing a quick quality check, I did notice random indentations on the lower edge of my window where the interior meets the glass on three doors. The car is basically brand new so I know there were no indentation marks there before bringing it in. I am not a conflict oriented person, but I forced myself to say something before leaving the shop. Bobby was really receptive to what I found and said that he worked on my car personally and he doesn't use tools that would leave scuff marks. Bobby said he wanted to make it right even though he can't think of how it would have been damaged as part of the window tint process. He offered to call his car interior guy to get a quote and "make it right". After a few days I took Bobby up on his offer and called him back and said ok let's see if the damage can be repaired. When I didn't hear back, I left a couple messages and even spoke to Dionne who got Bobby to call me. Talked to Bobby once and texted him some pics for the repair and after that I felt that he ghosted me. I ended up giving up and let it go until today when I finally decided to write a review. Bobby seemed like a nice guy and a genuine local business man. I was really optimistic bc Bobby was so receptive, but it didn't turn out this way which is why I am giving the shop three stars. A simple call back would have earned it five stars even if the interior repair guy said he can't repair the scuffs. read more

I had a mixed experience when getting tint and ppf done. Getting a quote and making an appointment was simple and quick. They took a day to do the install and held the car overnight so they can check the ppf for bubble in the morning. When picking up the car they give time to look over the install. In hind sight I should have taken time to look closer at the ppf, but I took a quick look and had to rush back to work. I trusted that the shop did a good job. Later that day, I had time to review the ppf install and found some issues. On the other hand the tint job was really good overall. I contacted Bobby and after sending pictures, he told me to bring the car back for a reinstall. Bobby and team got the issues resolved and the end product turned out perfect! Overall I would give 4 stars but want to give an extra one because Bobby was such a awesome guy to work with and he apologized for having to come back to fix the issues. So, I took my newer used car to him, but priced window tinting at another highly rated place first. SRWT's price was less than HALF of the competition, and the film comes with a lifetime warranty. I have a minivan and said I wanted to get the front and second-row windows done, as well as the sunroof. That was the plan, until Bobby told me I didn't need tinting on the second-row windows or the sunroof. He showed me a meter he uses which showed that these windows already did a fine job of filtering out UV rays and infrared heat. So, I only needed to get the front-row windows done, which saved me even more money. The newly tinted windows look great!
