After exploring several other options, I went with Specialized Automotive for complete front end Paint Protection Film and full car Ceramic Coating for my "Grabber Blue" 2024 Mustang Mach E. Christopher offered competitive pricing and a detail oriented approach. The PPF was expertly applied and is nearly invisible. With the Ceramic Coating, the paint glistens and is full protective against UV. They explained in detail how to maintain the Ceramic Coating and when to return for an annual "top up." I highly recommend Specialized Automotive for PPL and Ceramic Coating to protect your car's exterior. read more

Called in May, spoke with Christian. Explained I've a 2014 Yukon. Asked how much for Full Detail: interior, exterior,shampoo carpets and clean engine compartment. To use my wax, from 70's,Astro Shield. Quoted $425. Wanted to verify location and drove by a few days later. I told him I wanted to do it in July. He said fine and confirmed $425. Today went by to set up a dayto take it in . Asked price to cdonfirm quote. He told me $800. I reminded him of prior quotes. He said , clearly, no $800. I told him he was trying to hustle me and left. Got home and looked at my original notes. $425. Lacking integrity. read more

I had aplastic paint protector on my 2015 Toyota Highlander that started to peel off, I took the car to Speciallized Automotive to have it removed and replaced. He did a fantastic job and went above and covered more of the front of the car then was done by Toyota from the factory. The job is so well done above just replacing what was there. He buffed the entire hood so it would look great and then applied the new protector to the front of the car. Not only did he do the best replacement job but he detailed the car inside and out. I could not recommend any one better to do any of the work he performs. 5 Stars is not enough. read more

I'd been debating getting my windows tinted for years until I moved to Petaluma where it's nice and hot during the summer time. I finally looked around town to see if I could get educated in what my options were because I didn't want anything that would greatly reduce my ability to drive at night. I happened to see a business card for Specialized Automotive on my windshield one day and gave them a call. Not only did they give me a very fair price but they also ended up taking care of some scratches on the front end of the card for an even better price than I'd imagined. When I picked up my car, it looked like a brand new car. Not only that, the tinting technology they used keeps the heat way way down inside my vehicle. I can't recommend these guys enough! read more

However, 2025 August the tint on the back windshield started to peel, so I tried to take it there for the warranty, and they told me that they no longer use that tent, so I had to go to Blackout Window Tinting in Petaluma and they would honor the warranty. I was originally told it would be done same day and then he told me he couldn't get the tint off so he would need my car another day. This was a little bit inconvenient since I needed my car for work, but I ended up borrowing my parents. It ended up taking three days and my car smelled of ammonia afterwards. What really frustrates me is that all of the fine lining that your car needs to defrost the back windshield was ripped off. I noticed it months later not realizing that is why my rear windshield defroster was no longer working. I did some research on the Internet and found out that it was most likely during the scraping of the windshield tint that all of those fine electric filaments were ripped off. This was not mentioned to me, though after the service and I learned the hard way. When I reached out to John, I got no response. I can't afford to repair that on my car since the entire lining was ripped up. Pictures are included. Not good business.

They detailed my car , ordered my paint color from the dealership and touched up all the tiny scratches , then SOMEHOW made the huge scratches on the plastic runners and front grid disappear ..... AND tinted all my windows . They are super professional , kept updating me with progress and estimated finishing time AND came To pick me up to bring me to my car when they were done . I will ALWAYS use them and HIGHLY recommend this business . I couldn't be happier - my car looks brand new .
