He came out to clean our solar panels and gutters and was incredibly efficient. I was stuck working and on calls the whole time, so I was not able to hover or play quality control inspector, but I did not need to. Everything was clean when he arrived since I had just finished cleaning the sidewalks and patio, and when he left, the place looked exactly the same. No mess, no debris, no signs that anyone had even been here except that everything was spotless. Luke also sent me pictures, which I really appreciated. It was honestly a relief to see that he cleaned out what had to be more than 20 years of gutter gunk. That is not a technical term, but it should be. We have had rain the last couple of days and the gutters are working great. Water is flowing like it finally remembered what its job was. Super happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

It was no big deal and I agreed to the higher price, but the technicians came to do the work with the lower price. Again, no big deal, but still confusing because it's not clear what I'm paying and price should be clear (especially if you are pre-writing a check). I confirmed the time of my appointment on several occasions which made it confusing when my technicians arrived an hour later than they should have and I had to ask for an ETA on their arrival. I suggest rather than committing to an exact time, provide a range and flexibility. That way customers can decide if that range works for them. Being on time and providing status updates if you're going to be late is a professional curtesy especially for customers on tight timelines. The cleaning was done nicely, but I did later notice spots in corners that were missed (i.e., behind doors). The front porch area was cleaned, but then the technician blew leaves back on it. They do answer their phones unlike other competitors that you just cannot seem to get ahold of no matter what. However, their power washing is a lot higher price than other competitors. Unfortunately I don't have time to have them come back out and fix anything they might have missed. I'm strapped for time as is. I'd work on communication, attention to detail, and leaving the place clean. Also, consider putting before and after pictures in some sort of written professional document like a PDF you can leave with the customer same day with a receipt before you leave.

Extremely Disappointed - Damaged My Roof and Ignored My Concerns I've been a loyal customer of this company for three years, but after my most recent experience, I will never be returning. They installed holiday lights on my property and, in the process, caused significant damage to both my roof and my house. There were dents, scratches, and even some visibly cracked tiles in the roof that were clearly caused by their careless installation methods. When I reached out to address the situation, my concerns were completely ignored. I sent multiple messages and called several times, but the response was either delayed or nonexistent. It's incredibly frustrating to spend money on a service that not only damages your property but also has zero accountability or customer service when things go wrong. If you care about the integrity of your home, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. This company has lost my business for good, and I'll be warning everyone I know about their unprofessionalism and lack of responsibility. Be wary if you're considering them for any work on your property. read more

Clark and his team are phenomenal! he is punctual in his responses back to messages, they do excellent work, and is professional. He also goes above and beyond. I asked if my husband, a firefighter could use his ladder (24') since our largest one is 14', to hang our 3 foot spider for halloween and he said "where's the spider, I'll hang it for him." He made my son's day and my husband's. This is our third year with Santa's Lights Sacramento and we will never choose anyone else to hang, store and remove our Christmas lights. Super friendly, professional, timely and reasonable. This our third year and we are completely satisfied with our service. To top it off, when our lights were being hung we asked Clark, if my husband (firefighter) could borrow the 24' ladder to hang our giant spider above our door and he did it for us. Our 3-year old son was so excited! Clark- thanks for making our little boy's Halloween. Every time someone new came over he had to take them outside to show our friendly spider to everyone. They did exactly what we wanted and they even came out on the day after thanksgiving. They provide the lights, clips, and everything you need. But did remove the old motor and took it and the new one with them, since they didn't have a REMOTE! When I called Katie, she called me a liar, said I never ordered a remote, even though I can prove it was on the invoice. Then Jeff called to say I hurt her feelings...it's great that he stands by his employees, but not when they are dead wrong, and I can prove it! Each knew their job (all experts), and the work hummed along--busy, busy, busy. Literally no screwing around or fun time. I was unconditionally amazed and thankful. The job was completed earlier than expected, and not only were no shortcuts taken, they did more than we agreed upon. All debris was picked up and put in the trash. The area was washed down. The cleanup job was impeccable. You would have never known they were there, except for the beautiful work they left behind. Lastly, I took five bids. This company was not the cheapest, but it was far from the most expensive. I cash-tipped each worker for a job well done--impeccable. On the day of installation, our lead Installer Brandon was extremely detailed and knew exactly how to approach our Install without any hiccups. We have a three-tiered house and the Install only took 5 1/2 hours, can't tell you enough how extremely efficient the install was without any issues whatsoever. Before I even agreed to having them to do the work, they were incredibly helpful and responsive via text. They meticulously explained to me my options and answered all of my many many questions. The install itself was done very well. All of the wires were well hidden and the installation was clean. The lights are all perfectly spaced and look great. They extended the power cord and were able to plug it into a utility box on the side of the house so there are no obvious cords anywhere. Even after the holidays, we've used the lights to light our house the colors of our sports teams and to provide warm white accent lighting. Can't say enough good things about the team and the work they did!

I have been on the fence about getting our concrete power washed again. It was done about 2 years…read moreago so it wasn't horrible but there were areas that slightly bothered me. Even though we have a power washer, we have been so busy. All of a sudden, I start to see these ads for exterior cleaning on my social media feed. For about a month, their reels kept popping up and the content was great so I let them continue to show up. Then I looked them on google to see if the customer satisfaction matched and many happy reviews were a good sign. In the times we live in, you have too many options to choose from. Usually, I shop around but I just happened to be lucky this week and Alex and Alina were very close by and they came by within 3 hours of my DM. I told them I'd get back to them since I wasn't sure if I was needing a major refresh just yet. Anyways, that interaction went well and they were so nice and didn't pressure me into anything at all so it didn't take much time for me to text her back and ask when their next availability was. From the moment they replied to my message, Alina and Alex showed up to my door with an estimate and refreshed my entire space within less than 3 days. Alina and Alex were very kind and professional - I was given a courtesy reminder and they showed up on time. Alina sent me a bunch of photos when they completed the job and she does a great job at sharing their work as they are in action. They make a great team and I highly recommend them for any exterior cleaning you may need. We got our driveways, walkway, porch, stepping stones, retaining wall and backyard patio done.
