Basically left the caregivers to figure out what to do. When one caregiver didn't bother showing up, one of the managers came and stayed with my aunt but did nothing to help her. Guess they didn't want to lose out on billing 6 hours @$25 per hour. Where does one find caregivers who are trained in how to help a patient, who actually want to help a patient, and who are consistent without the agency sending different people because of turnover? One so called caregiver actually yelled at my aunt because my aunt didn't have bottled water at her house. Good thing I wasn't there as I would have booted her out the door! Wish family could be there 24/7 but all of us work. Caring senior service deserves a zero rating.
