Our towels needed replacement as they were non-absorbent; 2. The beds have a thin comforter, but at night it gets cold and a heavy comforter would be better; 3. Provide kitchen towels (paper and cloth); and 4. Put plastic bags in the kitchen's trash container.

My husband who is French and I were travelling in an RV; the group we met said that the place did not seemed full and that we for sure could find lodging there. To get to this place was a bit of a challenge since the roads are not paved. Our RV is only 20 feet long; not a big one. When we arrived although we saw the place somewhat empty the person in the office said that there was absolutely no vacancy. Since we are not from Mexico, we were very concerned and worried about returning on that road; it was also dark. We would had paid for lodging or letting us just park our RV in the front as there was a lot of space. She was a bit rude and did not care for foreigners and their safety. We never would had wanted to park without paying; There was just so much parking even in the back of the office. We had to return on that dirt road in the dark. Luckily a very nice young lady helped us find a Campsite. We always made sure never to travel at night but it just got dark by 5. I don't know who the owner of this place is but if a foreigner is a bit lost or for their safety, they should be a little bit nicer.

The host was so sweet and made sure we were taken care of. We had the king room and it was perfect size for a family of 3. The decor is modern/Scandinavian. The units had heat and A/C. We didn't use the AC but the heat worked well. There were little touches throughout our room (that I will let you discover on your own!). Everything was well thought out. The bed was super comfortable and we loved the bedding! We had an amazing breakfast the next morning delivered to our room. They are super kid friendly - with a baby package, some animals on site and a playground! There is a sauna, spa, beer and fire pit one site. We want to come back with a bunch of friends some time!

The rooms are very well designed with luxurious accents, such as chandeliers, elegant bedding and much more. The location is right in the middle of many wineries which makes for a great stay. The host is Carla and she is amazing. She makes you feel at home away from home. She is very well versed in what the area has to offer, so feel free to ask her about places to see, restaurants to visit and wineries to savor the taste of Baja. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The best part about the room was the view and the patio overlooking the view. The service was perfect, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. And not all the staff can speak perfect English, but it was easy to communicate with everyone, and I cannot express just how friendly every staff member was. This hotel had everything we needed. There are two restaurants on site, one that is open for breakfast/lunch, and closes around 5pm and another that is open for dinner and opens around 5-6pm. The dinner restaurant on site Aledano, is newer and the Chef is incredible, he came to speak with us and make recommendations and when I told him I was vegetarian he prepared the Orzo dish without meat and honestly, it was one of the best things I've ever tasted. There is also a beautiful winery on site with wonderful wine. Everything about this hotel is perfect. During the day I kept our door open because the weather was just perfect. It was so nice having ipetra restaurant on site and we had a gorgeous sunset dinner our final night at one of the upper deck tables. Our server was so sweet and the food was great! Before driving over two hours to the hotel, I called to confirm the address, yet we were still given incorrect directions. When I called for assistance, the receptionist was unable to properly guide us, causing us to arrive late to the winery experience we had booked through the hotel. Although we were assured our late arrival wouldn't be an issue, we still waited for the experience to begin, and what was advertised as a two-hour winery experience lasted only about 35 minutes. The biggest disappointment was the complete loss of running water due to a broken pipe. We were told it would be restored within 2-3 hours, but we had no running water or working toilet for the entire night. The next morning, the shower only had cold water, and the toilet still would not flush. Someone was sent to our room just 15 minutes before checkout, which was far too late to resolve the issue. While I understand unexpected maintenance problems can happen, the lack of communication, inaccurate expectations, and failure to provide a timely solution or any effort to make things right made this a very disappointing experience. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests receive the level of service expected from a property like this. Mind you the was about 3 weeks ago now still waiting for someone to reach out like they promised they would for our money back or another choice we had was 2 night stay on them but of course I haven't heard back and I have reached out about 3x now

I loved how our room was its own little cabin and had a private little patio with chairs in the back. It had wonderful lighting options and the king bed was super comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was lighter than I'm used to but it didn't matter because all of the other things surpassed my expectations. They served us a wonderful breakfast outdoors in the morning which made us feel right at home. I got to relax in the hammock outside and even feed the nice donkeys onsite. If you're looking for a quiet, safe, cozy, serene place in Valle, I highly recommend Casa Mayoral. I wish I would have taken more photos but I was too busy enjoying myself and all they had to offer!

Surrounded by wine the whole weekend through. Private eco-loft with the prettiest view. You can peek out and see the vineyards down below. And watch the stars twinkle putting on a show. They have a gourmet restaurant beside the infinity pool. And they bring your food and drinks so you can stay cool. I recommend avocado toast and dragon fruit cocktail And you can walk through the vineyards and follow the trail. This wine paradise feels a million miles away. I'd recommend for a weekend get away.

The good: They offer most things a hotel/resort would, excellent dining, scenic views, valet transport, clean spaces. The bad: The terrain to drive and walk on is rough. To go to the pool/restaurant you will have a short walk through a dirt path which is not terrible but can be freezing in the evening. The only comfortable furniture in the loft will be the bed, otherwise everything else will be industrial wood and cast iron furniture. The shuttle drivers are the only reason they are not getting less of a rating. They were polite, helpful and timely. The front office staff, though nice, were not willing to help with much else. Overall, This is a stunning location for a short stay. Loved soaking in the sunset sitting next to a fire with a glass of cabernet. For the price, I truly believe it could be better! A full length mirror, comfortable seating in the rooms (the poolside furniture is great), better barking set up because its an unpaved rough ascent to the parking area. On my next trip to Valle, I would look for something with more of a homey/hotel feel as Encuentro is more of an experience.

There are 8 parking spaces conveniently located at the front. The property has three sweet and old dogs named Yogi, Vanilla, and Chocolate. They like to approach people and greet; just don't try to pet them. The outdoor space consists of a shaded and lit cabana, grill, jacuzzi, and two hammocks over fresh grass. There is also a nice outdoor area for visitors to sit and eat on picnic benches. We were a big party, so we reserved 6 rooms (rooms1-6); I stayed in room 2. The white bed sheets were clean, the furniture was dated, the walls are painted, but chipped. The bathroom and shower were not clean to my expectations. Before using the bathroom sink and shower, make sure to run the water for a few minutes because a foul order came up from the water being stagnant during their down times. Your free breakfast options are very delicious chilaquiles, machaca, omelette, huevos rancheros, frijjoles, and fresh and delicious fruit! Everyone working there was very nice!
