I reserved a bouncer on Thursday October 23rd for Saturday November 1st. I was required to submit a deposit of $30 to reserve it. On Monday the 27th I canceled it however the business owner has refused to issue me a refund. He told me my deposit is non refundable even though it is not specified anywhere that the deposit is "non-refundable". He is very unprofessional and rude. He offered to give me credit of $30 but I do not want to give him my business. It is not unreasonable to cancel the reservation for the bouncer 5 days in advance. He doesn't believe in customer satisfaction so I advise all to not give him your business. He couldn't accommodate an earlier delivery for me so this is the reason I had to cancel. I just used Santiago's party rental for the first time this past weekend and I did enjoy their services. I got to meet Santiago himself and his wife at their home, and they were very hospitable. Their prices are very fair and their delivery charge is very low. I like the fact that it's a family business. The only complaint I have is in regards to their time management skills; they were 30 minutes late dropping off what I needed and three hours late picking up their supplies the following day. Hopefully, things will run a little smoother next time, but I would use their services again. Just a suggestion, I think follow up calls would be a preferred method to keep in contact with clients if such a "time crunch" situation occurs. Had a weeklong conversation with the owner about the price of a tent, which was in writing per his quote, when I sent him a picture of the tent, he doubled the price of the tent and denied ever having the conversation with me. I sent him a copy of the text and he told me that he doesn't have that conversation! BY FAR THE WORST PARTY RENTAL COMPANY EVER! -5 stars if possible. We used this company for my brothers and moms birthday party. They came to my house to set up the tents we requested along with tables and chairs. We explained how we wanted it set up and everything was understood, so we let them handle it while me and my family were inside getting everything ready for the party. Once they were done, we noticed they filled up 10 barrels with WATER to hold down the tents, that's over 500 gallons of water. They filled up the barrels WITHOUT our permission! They never asked if they could use our water or gave us an option to say NO! For the record we have used MANY party rental companies before who use sand or even cement blocks to hold the tents down, never WATER. We immediately called them, and the girl we spoke with LAUGHED at our situation and asked "well what do you want me to do?" she sounded very immature and young not understanding water is so expensive. We asked for her manager and she hung up the call. Our city we live in is in a water drought, so the water company penalizes anyone who uses an excessive amount of water. The next day they came to pick up the equipment and we asked why on earth would they fill up gallons of water and not even ask us. They said "it's in the contract". We READ the contact (its a tiny piece of paper) and said WHERE in the contract does it show you need to use WATER???? They could not show us. We explained that they need to pay part of the water bill for not asking us about this prior to using so much water. They threatened to call the cops on us. They started cussing at us and explained how water was "needed" to hold the tents down. We explained how come they couldn't use sand bags? Or ask if it was ok to fill up gallons of water? They couldn't answer. Mind you the whole time one of the girls was laughing at everything. We asked them to leave the barrels filled with water with us, so we can at least get use of the water since our bill was going to be through the roof, they said NO they were going to dump the water on the grass. Finally, the owner came and said we could keep the barrels for a week to use the water... Worst experience ever and we really plan to take them to small claims court since no where on the contract does it show water was going to be used, and since we will get fined for the amount of water used and for not asking us if they could use 500 gallons of water. read more

I love how it's a family business, I met brothers, sisters, mom and aunt, everyone was incredibly sweet and friendly. From first point of contact with Santiago to the day they picked up the equipment, you couldn't ask for better service. We rented a jumper, tables, chairs, canopy and taco stand all for a good price (food was great too, we had tacos and quesadillas). After he told me the price I was shocked and said wow that's pretty good, another vendor quoted me $200 more for the same supplies and equipment, Santiago's response was some people like to charge double but I don't like to overcharge for my services.
