Cassaundra and her husband Jose are the best!!! I want to thank them for the wonderful experience we had with renting from them. Their items are resonably priced, they CLEAN and SANITIZE all their rentals. My family and I felt very comfortable renting a jumper, tables, chairs and tents with them. Due to the pandemic they are taking extra precautions and they do not rent out the same items twice in the same weekend because it takes a good amount of time and effort to clean and sanitize (especially the jumpers). I know that we really appreciate that they care more about safety over making as much money as they can by renting item back to back. They allow you to keep the items for 12 hours, which is great! Because we had the jumper and other items in the backyard they allowed us to keep them overnight, and we enjoyed it to the fullest. We can't thank Jose and Cassaundra enough! Paid a very reasonable deposit via Venmo. Jose showed up bright and early this morning with a pleasant smile and cheery greeting. He and his workers were extremely kind and very professional. The bouncer was set up in minutes! The takedown was just as easy, done in minutes. Even 12 hours later, Jose still exuded a kind and cheerful attitude. He even engaged my Mom in some small talk. Thank you for an effortless and fun day in the sun! My nieces and nephews loved it! FYI - I ordered the bouncer / slide combo w/ the pool. It was clean, looked brand new. Jose assured that the unit was sanitized. He and his workers stayed at a safe distance. My advice is to pay at the time of set-up.
