This company was absolutely amazing! Before I booked the water slide, I called to get some clarification. They answered and were very nice and professional! The delivery was prompt and quick! They said to call if there were any problems during the party and they would be eight out. (Thankfully we didn't need to) I did realize I did not have enough tables, LaRai said she would text me to let me know later in the evening if they had any extra, they did and brought them over early the next day! The gentleman that brought us hem was even going to check to make sure the slide was going to work okay! So nice! I had already checked so it was great! I rented their blow up basketball court and it was delivered on time and in great condition. I was happy to find out this was a family owned company. Unfortunately the older gentleman who assisted in the delivery was really rude. He was upset that I changed the set up location from the backyard to the front yard (they didn't fully set up in the backyard when I asked for the change). When my husband came home he greeted the set up team and asked how everyone was doing and the older gentleman replied "not good, your wife moved the set up from the back to the front".
