At first I was a bit shocked. Not a computer in the place, not at reception, not in any office and everything done the old fashioned way, paper records. When I have an appointment in Whiting my medical record is transferred from his Lacy office to this one. When I walked into the office I was thrown back into my childhood, the 60's, noticing the old style medicine cabinet and a desk. I can say with not a doubt in my mind this has been the finest doctor and staff I've ever visited in my 56 years. I have MS, diabetes and many spine surgeries so I've seen a lot. The Doctor's staff, and I mean every one, is not only super professional but it is so obvious that the entire team cares about one thing... your good health and care. Dr. Crisan is bang on every single time. Several months ago I was in a lot of pain and really pretty sick. Dr. Crisan was right on top of it and began his process of eliminating what it could be by a serious of tests whereas we found a Common Bile Duct Stone. The Doctor's staff worked like lighting to get my insurance referrals and then transferred my records to the Gastro Doctor without delay. Again, the best doctor and staff I've ever had. Give me old school with extensive knowledge and a kind anytime. You can't go wrong here.

He encourage me and said his words go ahead when I told him I was going to put a complaint in with the insurance company and leave an appropriate review he muttered three times go ahead before hanging the phone up on me without saying goodbye especially if you have a disabled loved one I would not bring to this doctor I would highly recommend finding a different practice because the office is disorganized itself and not well upkept . To tell a woman as a doctor who is supposed to be a man to take their son to another practice is not only unprofessional disheartening discredited unlawful and holds no credit at all too this dr ! He does not even do a thorough physical he would not check anything on my son it appears he has no experience with the disabled population and no bedside manners as a doctor New Jersey the state needs to do better with giving credit to doctors especially that are part of Hackensack Meridian health i will reach out to next. So I called the Bayville number and whoever answered was so nasty and denied there was even a Brick office!  "I'm on the website now"  I told her and she got even nastier and pretty much hung up on me.  Not sure what's going on with the website, but the front desk was just horrible toward a potential patient. I Don't know what kind of care I would be receiving but if it's anything like the treatment I received from the front desk, I'm avoiding this place like the plague.
