This place is the most unprofessional medical facility I have ever seen. Now I know where all the 2.0 GPA doctors practise. No need for an appointment because walk in patients get seen before you. I would give them no stars if I could and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I came here because I got hit by a car while riding my bike and it was the closest thing to me that was open at the time (5:30 on a Friday). The doctors took advantage of the fact I was still in shock and ordered an x-ray of my ankle and hand. The hand needed to be done because I was in a lot of pain and my finger had swollen to twice its size, my ankle was ok but a little swollen and bleeding. Looking back I should have told her I didn't need an x-ray on my foot since I WAS WALKING without a limp. But, still in shock I didn't make a fuss. My finger got an x-ray and let me tell you something, their x-ray machine is STATIONARY. So here I am, later to find out I have a fractured finger and the doctor is moving my fingers all crazy to get a good angle. WTF? You should be moving your x-ray machine around me, not moving ME around your machine! She could have hurt the injury worse! After x-rays were done apparently nothing is wrong but when a second doctor comes and sees the results she says I have a fracture and I overhear the first one saying "oh I can't believe I missed that" well, it just makes me think what else she misses when she looks at other people. I will never go back, nor recommend this place to anyone, ever. *update* I got a call from them 4 days later saying they have the results of my visit but I needed to pay them $30 to obtain them. What a load of sh*t. They already swindled $90 from me for an x-ray I didn't need, now they want me to pay for me results. Greedy, nasty, scumbag scammers. DO NOT COME HERE!! read more

I give this place zero stars I have been here four times too many and have had the worst experiences. Do not come here!!!! I always make an appointment and still wait no less than three hours to be seen. This is by far the most unprofessional facility I have ever been to. The staff and all employees have no passion for what they do, not only are they rude, lazy, and unhelpful they are also very uneducated ... When you finally are seen The doctor is useless, only benefit for coming is documenting your illness and getting a referral to be seen by someone else, they know nothing here ...This will be my last time coming , I only come here because I am on medical and got this doctor assigned to me :( ... Where do I begin..........First off if you're here to see Dr. Aguilar don't bother coming . Since I've joined this clinic she's been on leave, which is fine, but they do not even bother letting you know that your Dr. is not in and that you will be seeing another Dr. Second my appt. was at 2:30pm was not seen until after 6:00pm. The office is run down, the staff does not even bother letting you know how long the wait will be, the chairs are uncomfortable. This place is horrible point blank. I went in for referrals in hopes of having an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon before the holidays. The nurse practitioner was great, the rest of the staff is incompetent. I have yet to see a doctor anywhere in the office. I was brought in to do blood work a few days after my initial visit. I was told not to eat and to only drink a little bit of water. Fasting is standard for blood work, but you should drink plenty of water. I waited over an hour to be seen even though I had an appointment and had my child with me. I specifically asked if I needed an appointment with quest when making the appointment. I was told testing was done in house. I was sent to quest for the blood work after all the waiting because they are not experienced or confident enough to draw blood. Nobody even looked at my veins while I was there. The referrals were marked urgent. I called several times to check on the status and express the urgency. Every time I was told they'd do it "today" only to find out a few days later that they hadn't been touched. Twelve days later I called again to be told that the spinal surgeon isn't in my network (he is) earlier in the week I called and provided all the information they needed to fill out the referral. Nobody bothered calling me to notify me they couldn't find my surgeon or even trying to call his office or the medical group. So while they had me on hold I called my surgeons office and merged the calls so it could get done. They constantly change their stories and give false information. They also all wear gloves because Covid, even though they're cross contaminating because they wear them unnecessarily and don't change them. read more

The wait is well worth my family's time... Although my employer provides Kaiser for its employees I opt to pay a monthly fee just to continue coming here. I have been a loyal patient for 16 years. Dr Aguilar has always been very professional and attentive to my families needs. It's primarily her passion in what she does that I continue coming here. The convenience to have medical testing from X-rays to blood work is a thumbs up. The staff are wonderful here. The hours are also agreeable to the working patient.. The ability to come in at the first sign of sickness and not have to wait days or weeks is wonderful . I HIGHLY recommend Santo Tomas read more

I took my wife to this medical clinic because she was retaining too much water and it seemed serious. she was visiting from another country and didnt have insurance. after x rays and takeing blood samples we came back the next day to see the doctor and looked at her and said she was constipated my wife said no she wasnt she was going normal but he insisted she was and gave her a case of medican to give her diarrhea, it was horrible diarrhea for her. we waited a week for blood resulits and guess what they didnt do one or some other problem and didnt have the results. he was instant he give her a colonoscopy but after waiting a week and no results i just felt they were draging this out just to try and drain me of more money. i took her right then to altamed and they took a look at her and said to take her to general hospital right now. she was diagnosed with stomach cancer. i dont know how theses dr. at santo tomas msedical clinic can claim to be professional drs. and cant diagnoses something so serious and not even recommend for her to go to a hospital for a real diagnoses. it seemed to me from the start all they really were concerned with was charging me money for tests they were incompetent at anyway. they wasted a week of real diagnoses. they just didnt seem to care. they were not cheep so i dont know why anyone would go there and pay good money and not get good service but like me i didnt know better but i do now. go to a well extablished medical clinic or take your chances, if you might have something serious do not go there. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The waiting room looks like a waiting room you'd find at a carwash. Files EVERY WHERE in the back. They take your vitals in what looks like the office kitchen. The room they gave me the physical in also double as the doctor's personal office. It's literally a bed in her office. And there was shit EVERY WHERE. It could be on an episode of hoarders. The best part was the guy who came in off the steet and started selling mangoes in the office. The wait was of course forever, was there almost 3 hours for the worst doctor's office visit of my life. I also had specifically told the person who answered the phone what I was coming in for and what I needed, when I met with the Dr. she said that they don't do what I needed there so I basically just wasted 3 hours. I've never been so mad leaving any type of establishment. NEVER AGAIN. read more
