I'm only writing this review to be honest. I really love the doctors, they make me feel so comfortable and don't shame me at all. You could tell they really care for their patients. The nurse is also kind, supportive, and takes care of you. Although, the front desk is nice, but there have been times where I call and am on hold for over 20 mins and they never call back when I leave a voicemail. I always end up doing their work for them by faxing my results or calling the pharmacy regarding my prescriptions. Sometimes I have to be on top of them so they can work on my authorizations, referrals or even refills. If I don't, they'll never get done. It took them 3 months to place an auth and when I called to say I never got one, they placed an urgent one. I knew they had forgotten. I've also waited more than an hour to be seen even though I'm an established patient ; all because I noticed they added a last minute new patient. Completely fine, but I shouldn't have had to wait for so long when I was on time. I also did speak to a NP on a different occasion (I won't say her name because I don't want to shame her) and she was a bit rude. When she asked me health questions to review my family history I paused to think about it and when I tried to respond, she wouldn't let me explain and spoke to me like a 5 year old and said, "you're not understanding" when i clearly was, she just wasn't letting me speak. Overall there are some pros and cons but definitely be prepared for everything. read more

Where do I start lmao The front desk over the phone is so unprofessional it's wild how they can just be like that , a ring a hold on or no greeting no nothing . This place is the most unprofessional doctors office I've ever been to. They diagnosed me with high cholesterol, then let me run out of meds, but me and the pharmacy were calling for refills. I dropped off urine weeks ago called for results. Had an appointment today. I went in told I didn't have coverage and was gaslit by the doctor because they lost my urine and they don't wanna admit it instead of admitting it the dr gaslight me and got me upset to the point they called the police on me and I'm a cardiac patient. This is my assigned primary doctor which is why I call to try and schedule an appointment and every single time I call not only am I treated very rude by every single staff that works here, but they make you feel like you are bothering them. I wouldn't call and bother them for no reason if I am calling is because I have a good reason to call and they are my primary doctor but they make you feel like you are bothering and your health does not matter. The main reason why I'm leaving this review it's because it's been multiple times I've been given misleading/false information and I am always being given the run around when all I want to do is come for a simple check up to confirm something that can only be done at a clinic. I just want to be treated with integrity and respect and this clinic sure lacks that. Please quit making your patients feel like they don't matter at all and their health does not matter you are working in the medical field please do better. I should've read the reviews This place is a joke starting with the front. They literally make u wait on hold for any question! When answered, GRACE tried getting defensive, as if she was trying to pick an argument for HER LACK of correct information, in who can give results or not. This place is so rundown just like the people that work there. I have never had to make an appointment within A MONTH to get results. And Dr morales is literally no help either..waited over an hour just to not get answered any of my questions (might as well google your symptoms than waste your time). He literally came in the room without even knowing why I was there and said "so, i know what the problem is" and had not known why I was even there to begin with. My appointment was at 4:15 and it's currently about to be 6 and haven't even been seen by the doctors. After today I'm changing doctors immediately!!! I had an appointment earlier today and left extremely disappointed. I showed up early because I am a new patient, and I knew there would be forms to fill out. I was not seen until about an hour later. I originally requested this office because I was interested in seeing a female doctor but was seen by a male doctor. He did not make me feel comfortable, he was condescending and impatient. He was checking my stomach and kept telling me to relax my muscles, but I had no idea that I was contracting them. He then grabbed me roughly by the shoulders and told me to relax. I was uncomfortable and could not wait to leave. read more

The front office staff are not welcoming nor helpful at all. Prior to switching clinics, I was receiving care from a nurse at the clinic, who by the way, was not up to date with medical advice. The information I was provided by the nurse was outdated, and during appointments she always rushed and barely took time to review my results. I dreaded my appointments due to the staffs attitude. I only had good interactions with the office manager, Gloria, but it was hard to get a hold of her at times. I would not recommend this clinic for medical care. Medical professionals should welcome patients, not make them feel like a burden. Overall, bad experience at this clinic. read more

The wait time is ridiculous. It can take up to 60-120 minutes for A doctor to see you. One of the doctors uses paper to write down all medication notes and the other doctors use a computer so everything is mixed up. I feel it's almost unethical of how medications are prescribed without looking back at previous notes from Previous visits. I'm only speaking from taking my mom to this place for Over a year and it's the same mix up with medications. Avoid if you can. I am giving one other star because the nurses are great here and they are bilingual. read more

This place is horrible, they are soooo slow. Very few customers and they still take all day. Been here twice in 1 week just to have blood drawn because the nurse can't draw blood properly. Both of my arms were sore after messing with her. Oh and some male dr came in to see me when i clearly requested the female dr. that was not cool at all. Each time i was there for over an hour with just 2 or 3 other ppl sitting and waiting. One good thing they have plenty of parking‍. I had an appointment so I was able to get in quickly. I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time. I saw Dr. Morales. He was gentle, kind and funny! The nurse was also very kind and professional. The only complaint I have is the many texts and voice messages about other services at the clinic. I will be switching my provider. I switched to this provider after receiving poor service from my previous provider ... and got poor service again. I scheduled my appt and arrived 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. Completed paperwork at least 5 minutes prior to appt time. Still did not get called back until 1 hr 15 minutes after the scheduled appt. Office literally made me late for my following appt elsewhere. In addition, they told me to schedule an appt for the following week for results. Umm some of us do have jobs & work full-time and cannot keep taking off work for appts. Everyone is not leaching off the system. I asked if they had an online portal to get results or who my bloodwork would be sent to since often, they have online portals for results (ex. Quest diagnostics). I was told no! Then asked if I had to pay another copay for my results, which most doctors do not charge a copay again for results. Was told yes and to take it up with my insurance. After I get my results, I will not be returning to this office. 1 hr & 15 min after appt time is unacceptable, especially when I had the courtesy to arrive early for paperwork. Not being given options to access my own screening results other than being forced to come back in and pay again is unacceptable in 2024! If I could rate 0 stars, I would. read more

If you're not a people person you shouldn't be working in healthcare or customer service. The receptionists here are always moody which is not okay when servicing patients. When I walk in with no appointment I am told they prioritize people with appointments and the long wait is due to that reason but when I make an appointment I am told they have lots of walk ins and that's the hold up. Therefore, one can only infer that the real reason for the ridiculous wait time is that they are slow and/or unorganized. It has never actually taken me less than an hr+ to be seen and more than 10 minutes inside getting checked up. Switching doctors because after more than a year of trying here, their office staff keep disappointing me. They never made me feel welcome whether through the phone or in person. The place also smells like restroom and they let a homeless person casually sit in the lobby while I waited to be seen one time. read more

I was a patient here for maybe about 3 years. I chose this doctor because I felt more comfortable with a female doctor and because it is fairly close to my job. As mentioned in the other comments, you're not always seen by a female doctor. The bright side is they usually have next day appointments, at least that was the case for me. Once you get to the office there is a long wait to be seen. I would go yearly usually around January-February for a physical as well as to request a referral for my yearly pap. I noticed that every time after my visit, I would have to call the office multiple times to follow up on the status of my referral and they would mention to me that either the girl that does the referrals isn't in that day or that the request has been submitted to my medical group already. I would call my medical group and they would confirm that they haven't received anything. This would go back and forth for days. It was time consuming and annoying because I can't schedule my yearly pap without this referral. Due to a medical condition my yearly paps are extremely important. Additionally, I would go to the office a couple times throughout the year in regard to a chronic migraine that I suffer from in conjunction with neck and back pain. I mentioned to the male doctor that I take over the counter ibuprofen up to 3-4 pills (200mgs each) at a time for this issue and the pain still doesn't stop. The doctor proceeded to prescribed me ibuprofen, which was absurd to me since I just mentioned ibuprofen isn't relieving my migraine. He never mentioned that there are actual prescription medication specifically for migraines which of course he wasn't prescribing. This last February I went for my physical and to request my yearly pap referral. The girl at the front stated they would submit my referral and call me once my blood results come back. I fasted all day for my blood tests to be done (my appt. was at 5pm I believe) and they never called me with my results. I waited for my referral and I never got it. This time I was not going to go back and forth with them anymore. The best thing I did was change my doctor and filed a grievance with the health plan. When the office responded to my health plan in regard to my grievance, they stated that they "accidently filed away my chart" so that's why they didn't submit my referral for my pap and in regard to my blood tests they stated that they attempted to reach me twice but I didn't answer or call them back. (false: I never received any calls or voicemails stating that my results are in) in regard to them never assisting me with the appropriate medication for my migraines they had no comment. Luckily for me I work in the medical field and know how to make the changes necessary to ensure my medical needs are being met. I feel bad for the elder patients that they may have that don't know how to navigate in the health care world and probably put up with the low effort customer service that this clinic offers. I hope someone finds my experience helpful and if you are having trouble getting the appropriate medical care from your doctor please contact your health plan and make sure to prioritize your health. read more
