From the moment I walked in, I didn't know where to begin browsing because everything caught my eye: There were tables full of the most perfect everyday tank tops, bodysuits, skorts and shorts and lots of racks filled with truly unique and beautiful dresses, blazers, pants, jeans and more. I absolutely loved everything. Then, in walked the lovely owner (Deena), who could not have been more friendly and helpful. She introduced herself and immediately started suggesting items that would work well for me. I felt like I was shopping with a girlfriend. I tried everything on and purchased most of what I selected. So, yes, this is very exclusive, but compared to the prices of haute couture, you can't beat ordering a custom made outfit. Plus the quality is top notch, and nothing will fit better. He told her "what if I am looking at buying it?" She explained that he could sit on it but he can't linger on the furniture. It should have ended here... BUT IT DIDN'T. Ciera stood next to me (a random shopper/witness) and continued to talk loudly right next to him accusing him saying, "aint gonna guy anything!! talking about he gonna buy something! He scrolling on his phone...." It was very rude, very loud and bad tone, and went on for quite a while. It truly ruined my shopping experience. I approached the manager and started to tell her the story. When Ciera saw that I was talking to the manger, she approached and started talking loudly over me as if she didn't want me to talk to the manager. Comes the elderly man and he admits that Ciera was rude to him. Ciera was behaving wildly, speaking loudly, saying, I am a grown women, when I asked her to let me speak. She started to repeat her entire name, including her middle name in a very bad tone when I peaked at her name tag. ALL of this behavior happened in front of the manager who could not control Ciera or her bad behavior. I don't know what is happening in Ciera's life for her to treat other people this way, but she needs help!!! I just looked at her and said "BE KINDER!!!!!"

Staff seems to always be overwhelmed, however, the security guard is always welcoming and friendly.

I recently went in with several of my designer purses and dresses. After a very thorough look over, my items were accepted for sale. Within days my items sold, and I was able to pick up a check! Alyssa and Amanda (two of the sales associates I met that work there) were so friendly and helpful. You won't believe the great prices on the designer purses, shoes and dresses they carry. I went in to drop off my items and did not expect to shop for myself. I wound up purchasing two shirts I've worn several times and absolutely love.
