The customer service was atrocious. We were yelled at for a conflict of miscommunication that could have been avoided by one of the workers who was still chewing food. Wasted an hour and a half without apology. Will never come back... Went there to get my golden chain necklace fixed. My necklace had some color on the gold that came with the necklace. Because of this there was a lot of confusion about the necklace. I understand that the color might have come off through the process of cleaning but when I was confused as a customer that trusted them with this service they shouted at me and continued to gas light me into thinking that I am wrong about the appearance of my original necklace. At the end of the long back and forth the OWNER started shouting at me and my daughter until we are crying. They continued to make me feel like I'm crazy about the looks of my necklace even though they did admit that I was right. Overall the staff and owner were incredibly disrespectful and rude about explaining how the color might have come off and I don't recommend coming to this place. Not a single person calmly talked and shouted at me until I was made embarrassed. Not a single situation requires that. read more

In this girl's view, diamonds are a girl's best friends however girls like many glittery shimmery accessories. Babylon provides many great gifts so get your money out... They mostly have gold, two toned gold, rose gold, white gold etc etc. You will see designs from Saudi Arabia, Dubai and some Asian countries. If you like gold you might be overwhelmed with so many options. I personally like to go around the entire store and look at each piece I like and ask if I can view it outside the glass showcase. They let you check out it each piece individually. Their bangles and bracelets are my favorites and I ended up getting a bracelet for my sister in law for her wedding. For Indian/Pakistani weddings many people like gold gifts since it's a cultural thing. I would recommend this store to anyone who likes gold, they have a few diamond pieces such as diamond earrings and bangles in gold however not much quantity. Their mainly gold jewelers. They are very fair with their gold rate because they calculate based on current gold prices. They are not open on Monday and Tuesday. Absolutely most dishonest dealings of business, shame on them. Very unprofessional and sneaky. I don't know how they can operate business in such a unclassy way. After reading other reviews I didn't believe they could be so untrustworthy within our community, but I still decided to try them for myself to give them the benefit of the doubt. The customer service was horrific. I went there with my kids to buy a gift . Someone walks in after us and he start helping the other individual after being on the phone for 5 minutes. I had to literally ask him to help us, he politely apologize when he went to run the credit card he said it was not charged and asked us for a few minutes to charge, 10 minutes later he was still helping the same individual, I told him I was done waiting, per my request he gave me the receipt. I would never go back. It is absolutely not acceptable the way he treated us. The only reason I didn't walk away it as because my son is on a wheelchair and it would be a hassle to get him in the car to drive somewhere else read more
