She over charged me twice to fix her mess ups and botched my eyebrows!! Do not go here!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went in for a tattoo removal which Irene said she is very good at and she would be 100% able to remove my previous work but instead she wanted to try and do a micro blading cover up because she is confident she can fix it, leaving her office it looked nice enough so I offered to pay for it even tho she said she'd do it for free and only charge me the removal fee, after healing I did not at all like how it looked and I called her to go back to our original plan of removal. Not only did she change her confidence in being able to remove it, she actually said she might leave me with a scar and that her removal process isn't 100%. So she refused to do the removal and guess what she refused to refund my money. She talked so badly about my previous tattoo artist who did a bad job but at least she was a decent human being and refunded my money, Irene is much worse! See proof below of the salon admitting to talking me into changing my service at no charge and the picture of them yet charging me $497.94 and refusing to refund it. Thats their TRUE customer service level. -unhappy customer who was lied to -good luck next time, no refund! And just for those friends leaving "FAKE" reviews which is "ILLEGAL" btw! and claiming real ones are "FAKE" because someone might have moved and didn't update their address lol.. the stupidity of some people is...... See the proof in the photos. Have some SHAME and stop letting your friends leave you good reviews when you are running a bad business. Real customers deserve to know the truth. I would be very careful on who to ask to post reviews on your behalf because my lawyer will make sure all these "fake customers" answer for posting illegally to benefit your business. Luckily I have plenty of time and money is not an issue, as you can see I initially left her $64 tip. 1st class cosmetologist who owns Sapphire Cosmetics. Irene Sanchez is extremely professional, and has outstanding cleanliness inside salon. The service provided to my wife has been excellent. Don't be fooled by fake reviews especially when they come from Alaska. Customers can be rude and many will try to destroy a successful business by asking friends, family or others to post negative reviews. How is it possible 1 business could receive 10-11 1-Star reviews in one day. There has been a push by one individual to cause harm to Ms. Sanchez's business. I see what Irene Sanchez has done for my wife. While we live in Las Cruces, NM, we have traveled back and forth to EL Paso, TX just to have Irene provide her excellent services. The idea to destroy one business is very bad, mean, and shows the rudeness of the individual. We have positive proof via payments to her, that my wife is a real customer. One thing that is certain, you can trust Sapphire Cosmetics and the owner Irene Sanchez to receive professional cosmetic services. read more
