We stopped to get some take out at this location so I can't speak to the dine in service, but overall the location has good spaced out seating and the employees are very nice. The food was ready very quickly and I would recommend it to anyone who hasn't had Thai food or someone who has never tried it. The photos don't do the quality of food any justice. It tastes even better than it looks.

On a road trip, and stopped off in the small town of West Plains, MO. There aren't a lot of places to eat around, and the reviews on Yelp for the few places they have weren't the greatest. We chose this spot based on reviews and were pleasantly surprised. As the reviews said, this spot does have excellent food and odd service. The server was attentive, and we were seated immediately, but she had no personality or enthusiasm and made no suggestions. It's a small town, so not really an issue for us. The place was clean, and the food came out fast and piped hot. We had hot tea, steamed dumplings (just ok), pad thai (excellent), nom sod salad with pork (good), and coconut soup (excellent If you're in the area and like Thai food, definitely stop in!

Excellent food! Extensive menu and exceptional flavor. Very friendly staff and great service from Maddy P too. The Thai tea is very good, luscious and sweet. I had the Sapz Fire Beef, it was delicious! I highly recommend it. For those who enjoy very spicy food they can easily accommodate any palate too. The dining area is very clean and minimalistic with only a few tasteful decor items allowing focus on the excellent cuisine. Please try them out, you won't be sorry!

Great little hole in the wall restaurant that my wife and I found on our way from FL to KS. Food was delicious, restaurant was spacious and not too overcrowded although decorations were sparse and kind of looked like they just opened. The place felt and looked clean and tidy. The wait staff could have been a bit more friendly and hospitable, but that's fine because we were there for the food really and it didn't disappoint. We had the steamed dumplings, Pad Thai, coconut curry soup with chicken and the LARB salad. All of it tasted good, fresh and it came out of the kitchen fairly quick!

I ate at a Thai restaurant in Springfield that cost me $100 dollars for four people and this fantastic establishment puts that place to shame. The service, the cleanliness, the atmosphere is on par with any restaurant you would find in a big city. Fortunately for us, Sap Thai still somehow carries with it that small town hospitality! If you are passing through or live in West Plains, this place is a must.

Crispy eggplant, tofu with chili sauce and fresh rolls! Yummm

Rude owner. We sent pad Thai back for being too sweet and he was very unhappy. Great waitress and food good besides the owner conflict.

If your new to Thai food, you must order Thai Iced Tea, or Iced Coffee!!! How do I know Mont Thai is authentic? I've been to Thailand about a dozen times in my life, and I married one of the most beautiful Thai woman about 21 years ago. She still looks hot like I eat my Thai food. We've never had a bad meal here! However, I eat my wife's great Thai food every week as well, so it is rare that we visit Mont Thai. My wife and I travelled a lot for my job, so we have eaten at some spectacular Thai restaurants in big cities, and in Phoenix some of our Thai friends owned restaurants across the valley. While Mont Thai is not at the top of the list for best Thai restaurants in America, for a Thai restaurant in Arkansas, it is very good, and would be hard to beat!!! I'm not sure why Sandy S. had such an average meal and review, it must have been an off night. Funny, the chicken satay that she liked best of all she ordered, I don't like so much as my wife's satay (chicken or pork) with peanut sauce and sweet pickled Persian cucumber and red onion are interstellar and very flavorful.
