This photographer had us meet via zoom, claimed zoom is easy and fool proof, yet could not get the…read moreaudio to work on her end so we could hear her, then lost the video. Got off zoom with this person being told she would email us the next day. Two days later she emailed. We agreed to her package and she asked for our address to send us the contract. I get back from the dentist this morning and find that she has sent the contract via email and also sent us an invoice within three minutes, within three minutes we get a notice saying we need to pay our bill immediately as we are already late. Late!?! I haven't even signed a contract and the agreement was we would pay, a DEPOSIT at the engagement shoot on the 11th of September...NEXT MONTH. Three minutes later we get a late notice threatening us, when I haven't even signed a contract yet! Really? You claim you graduated with a fine degree, yet you cannot operate the very system you insist we use to meet you and it seems you cannot work your own software. I do not need an incompetent vendor to wreak havoc on my special day. No thanx, this person needs to be avoided. I have all the emails to PROVE what I am saying. I am not writing this for anyone else, this happened to me, I have the emails to prove it, I am writing this for myself and no one else, but, my husband may also use his yelp account and report the person.
